I had an order I placed way back in June and by mid August it had not shown. Things looked dismal.
So I opened help desk ticket in August and they responded kindly that the order had not been returned to them and they would resend if it did.
One of the items I had been pineing after (RMS blue thunder) was now sold out and reef is no longer producing them so I was just really bummed
I opened another help desk ticket the other day and they responded quickly indicating that my order had been returned and all I needed to do was open another ticket with the a corrected addy (the zip was wrong apparently - stoner move on my part) and they'd resend
So I'm sending a big thanks and well wishes to all the folks at seed boutique.
You guys rock and I will gladly recommend and do business with you again!!
