thats a weird bernzomatic, and the flame looks really unfocused, can you sharpen it up? it would heart much fast if not so fuzzy a flame, but maybe a fuzzy flame is better for quartz..

Yeah, I have one for vaping BHO on the go, works well. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use a torch lighter, a bic will work fine. A torch will induce a coughing fit that'll last a half hour. lol. Just be careful with it the first few hits, so you can gauge it. It was specifically made for extracts, but will work for vaping plant material as well, according to the instructions.

The same company also makes a similar vape that attaches to a bong or bubbler (comes with 14, 18mm ground glass joints, and sliders for standard bongs). I've not tried it, as I'd rather vape on Ti if I'm at home.

The Eclipse, however, is awesome for vaping BHO when I'm away from my HMK Ti swing. I'd recommend it to any serious oil head for on-the-go consumption, it's very well made, and the vials make it easy to have multiple loads ready to go. I've got the meth pipe comments about it, but seriously, how many meth pipes do you see with a medical insignia on the side?

Seriously, I kid with the comments when I see someone smoking one, but WHO smokes meth out of anything but clear boro glass and light bulbs?
I just like to kid, b/c those old Clinton ONDCP ads featured a methbong for smoking weed.

yeah ive already brought and sold it real quick...... not very ideal. The only thing i think it is ideal for is when u get to the end of a dank vial of oil and u can get anymore out then u could screw it into the http://www.essentialvape.com/ essential vaaapp/ eclipse vape. But besides that it is far less than ideal

vapor globe, glass hot knives, ti and quartz pads, and health stones are way better than that product.

Better is subjective, they all just have different features and ways to use them.

I have an Essential and I love it. I don't use it very much anymore, but it is the best portable oil rig I have ever used. Just went backpacking recently and it was PERFECT! Light weight, indestructible (except for $1 vials), can use it outside in wind, and it also does conserve oil better than every other product I have used. The only downsides are that the taste will not be good if you don't regularly clean the vials and the pipe. Overall though it is a great little product that has it's place!

So it wins best outdoor oil rig..... I cant imagine ever feeling the need to smoke oil on a hiking trip though...... just roll a bunch of joints or something:2cents:

I own an essential vape. Honestly, I hate it. It does work, but you cannot get huge rips, and it is a PITA to deal with all the viles. Also, you can only put the tiniest bit in, or else the rest of the hits taste like reclaim.

Oh and to the person who said don't use a torch lighter, it actually works better with one. If you go to close or too long, you will send your self into a debilitating coughing fit, but you could do the same with a bic. Also, it takes so much longer with a bic, and looks pretty sketchy (i.e. crackhead) and bright in a concert type setting.

Verdict: the Essential vape is good for those who don't like to take huge dabs, like to deal with little tiny dram viles and a bunch of bullshit all the time.

As far as the best portable oil pipe goes, I have yet to see anything more effective, functional, or portable then this baby right here.

I first saw this image on TC, and because there is nothing to represent the scale, I thought it was the size of standard tube/bong, which made it seem way too big.

In reality, the glass 'straw' is about 3/4 the length of a pencil. You turn it upside town, heat up the top of the nail, flip it over, and then dab away. No viles, no direct heating of concentrates, and impeccable flavor.:dance013:

I would take this with me on a hike over the essential vape or a bunch o' joints. Personally, if I get high while simultaneously exerting myself, I like to irritate my respiratory system as little as possible.:tiphat:

wish I had taken some pics of the first oil dome I made (glass blower). First one - already at the local shop though. Some nice glass out there....

Recently had a fella ask me for a customized BHO extractor tube. Pretty simple but works great from what I hear.

Really, going to have to start having needle (er, vial) exchange programs.

I didnt think about it when i was checking those out, but wheres the carb at? thats kinda important to be able to build/release a nice big hit... big hits are the best hits why fuck around right?

the "medical use only" sign is kinda gay though
its like putting tape across the top of your scale and writing "nutrients" on it....
good marketing though i guess haha

I really need to get some cool tools like you guys have. I am actually pretty happy with this dyi bulb thing. I hit it with a digital heat gun and every 4th or 5th session I put some alcohol in it and whipe it out.

I have a couple, Im using a Wagner HT3500 lately. The ones I have aren't really all that digital, they just have a more steps for the heat output, and they imply a temperature based on the steps, but they don't actually measure it. I don't base the setting on some degrees anyway, but on just trial and error to get what I like out of it.
