The producer says one M30 is at 27,5 W. With 4 x M30 for every plant I should have 110 W per plant if I calculate that right Is that what you wanted to know? I´m not into all those technical details ... Hey all! I need help!

As I wrote in my last grow-update the Serious 6 is already in week 4 of 12/12 light cycle and she´s still not showing any sign of building buds. WHY???? Can you help me please!

Stoney make sure you don't have any light leaks before anything during 12 off as this would deff. delay you from flowering.. also keep in mind the first week or 2 after flipping is spent as a transitional period for the plants and they tend to stretch before going into bud development.. some are slower then others but you should be seeing SOME bud development by now if everything else is in order.. make sure the basics are covered before doing anything drastic..

A few more details of what you have been doing in terms of care the last 4 weeks might help?.. also feeding high nitrogen levels can delay flowering onset if I'm not mistaken.. so if you are try lowering it some and it might help.

I did as you said and checked all the possible mistakes at the basics. So I found out that my time switch didn´t work!!! So the plant didn´t have a 12/12 cycle so far - it was still in veggi (with 24 hours light...). That´s why I don´t see any buds and the plant is still growing so heavily. I bought a new time switch and everything should be fine now.

Hope I won´t get too big problems with the plant size now and that the plant did´nt took any harm from the 24 hours light.

Update Serious 6

Update Serious 6

Hello all togehter!

Quite some time passed by since I posted my last update, sorry for that! I had a really big workload to deal with and I was a week on vacation as well.

Cause I have to tell you a lot and want to show you some pictures I have to break the post into two pieces. So I will write about the S 6 now and in a second post about the Automazar.

Here now the new pictures, first form the Serious 6:



you can see that she grew very high, cause of my technical problem with the light cycle. The plant reached the maximum of the cabin which is 2 m and I can´t do much about the problem, that she´s way to near to the light. Cause of that I already have some burning and bleeching at the very top of two buds - but the beside of that the plant is quite healthy and the buds are ok.


I will keep you posted with the Serious 6 - I think she will have another 3-4 weeks till she is ready to harvest, the buds are getting bigger at the moment, hope nothing too bad will turn out from the missing space.

As you can see I could already harvest the Automazar. I was fine with the result, as well as in terms of smoking results and taste as in terms of weight. After drying the harvested buds I still had 125 g of fine weed for my pleasure

Hello everyone!

Finally my Serious 6 has reached her limit. The buds are fully build and because of that I flushed the plant the first time this week and will do so another one or two times before I will finally let her dry out in the pot. Here are some pics since I posted the last update.

I´m looking forward to harvest the big mommy!

Good morning Mikenite and thank you! True - the LED´s have 110W, that´s what the producer says.

Let´s see how it will turn out in the end. Maybe even better than the Automazar, which already reached the 1g per watt goal (my personal goal for every grow)

Hy again everyone! Today is harvesting time!

as I told you last week, I flushed the plant another time before I let her dry out in the pot. Here you see how she looks when she´s dry. I harvested her then and the result is good so far, I will tell you how much it is when it´s completely dry.

The only negative outcome from the too long vegi phase was two bleached top´s which I had to throw away, but that was just about 0,5 g per Top. The second thing was that my masterbud grew higher than my light. There is a space behind the lamps where they are fixed and there the bud grew and got no light. The bud looks quite normal, just very fluffy, but it has no trichomes at all. You can see very good where the light ended, from this point it´s missing the trichomes. Actually I should have topped the plant, but it´s too late now.

Hello the last time!

I dried the harvested Serious 6 now and finally got 125 g out of it. I´m quite fine with the result, although the grow lasted very long because of the light cycle problem. So finally the Serious was slightly better in terms of weight and gram per watt but if take the time in account, the Automazar was at least as good, if not better, than the Serious 6.

Personally I´m very happy with the grow, also if not everything was running perfectly. I´m also satisfied with my little competitive experiment. Both kind of weed is nice to smoke, the Automazar is stronger and more bodystoning the Serious has a very clear head-high and just a rare "stoned" feeling, what I personally like in a lot of situations when I don´t want to feel heavily stoned.
