Jhhnn, thanks for chiming in. Agree that the lawsuit needs to continue, as there is probably some County Sheriff out there right now who is thinking he will simply refuse to acknowledge the AG. After all, our Sheriffs here in CO know much better than the voters what's right and wrong, as evidenced by their reaction to the recent gun control legislation.
The backyard grow question is an interesting one. I hadn't thought about it because I have customers and colleagues over to entertain and can't take a chance that someone narrow-minded decides to hold it against me professionally. When I am retired it will make an interesting footnote, lol.
I attended a Denver Post event last week and to me it seems there are some very divergent viewpoints on this, even 6 months later. It wasn't as informative as I had hoped it would be, but still kudos to the Post for hosting.
