This room is about as basic as it gets, 16 LEGAL plants (I might be the last Caregiver in the State?) 8 lights, x 1,000 watts HPS.... 63 days, been flushing for about 10 days.... with like 3 weeks as clones and a 1 week veg..... so 13 weeks cuttings from the mom.
It's legal to grow in this State, so why am I seeing so many pussy mother-fuckers as a by-product of Amendment 64?

nice looking plants, but that no pest strip would stop me wanting to smoke them. how can you leave it up during the end of flowering? beautiful room and all but i would get rid that no pest shit the last 8 weeks at least. in fact i prefer to smoke some bugs then pesticides. if you start clean and spray during veg you should be able to get through flowering with no further spraying even without a no pest strip.

I was about to ask about the NPS in flush...

I've used them in veg and early flower for a week max as needed.

Here's an interesting read about NPS...folk are fighting on both sides of the issue, but something to think about!

Nice looking garden btw-bud

That no pest strip is spewing an invisible cloud of dichlorvos throughout his grow. Plant stomata drinking it in day and night. Known carcinogen. I ain't smoking that.

If you can find clean sticky traps, spraying them with some apple cider or other organic vinegar works as a good attractant, but those strips are just a big nono.

Alright, point taken about the No Pest Strips... although I haven't had to use Avid/Floramite or other systemics lately, I agree, I could have pulled the strip outta the rooom by week 4, it had done it's job by then.

I was being an asshole the other night, one of my patients died on Saturday, was not in the best mood, but still not anyone else's fault, so if I insulted you, my appologies.

If this is an example of what "caregivers" are doing for their patients, I don't want anything to do with it. Talk about not having a clue.

Gotta have a card to go into a dispo, gotta be a res to get a card. Lots of stuff on CL. Don't know if I'd go that way. Nothing is set yet, regarding A64, but its hard to imagine they'd let anyone sell clones to an out of state resident.
Order some good breeding tools...in bean form. Get a few packs of each to find the characteristics your looking for in males and females.

And I know a few folks that have taken home more than cuts, mites, gnats, RAs, at least if you pop beans and get infested its your fault.

Good luck

There are a lot of seed companies that will sell to residents in the U.S.

Much better to get them delivered to a non-growing address... if you're concerned about that. :)

Has there been recent prosecution or investigation of someone based on seed purchases?

That woman in Florida was reported for growing by her neighbors.

Last time I checked, unless we're talking about huge packages of pounds of seeds, even if US customs opens and seizes your package, the only fallout you will receive is a yellow notice in your mailbox telling you that your package was undeliverable.

So, long roundabout way of saying, these days ordering seeds isn't something to be concerned about.

The previous resident died, and I used to use his name at this address. Then once the mailman returned the seeds to S/B. Ever since I rent a mailbox.

Goverment mail is still a federal hassle, no sense bringing it home if you have a choice.

Government mail is actually safer than Fedex/UPS, BECAUSE of the hassle.

Fedex and UPS make you sign a document saying that they may open and inspect your package at ANY TIME for ANY REASON.

Opening First Class and higher rated packages requires the approval of Federal Circuit Judge, something your average postal supervisor, even one in customs, is not gonna do over a package that likely contains less than 20 cannabis seeds. Sure it happens, yellow notices go out, but not nearly as many as would go out were the Fedex rules in place.

How about you two just agree to disagree. Neither one is right all the time, b/c everyone is different.

I'm sharing facts about Fedex and UPS because their services can actually be dangerous for people who utilize them thinking private couriers carry fewer risks than government ones.

Right now under 64 my "independent flower distributor" - who has a medical license - can go to a dispensary and buy a clone and give it to me and we're legal. It would be legal even if I wasn't a CO resident. So all you need to do is find someone with a medical card.
