Is it possible to get a recommendation to grow more than 6 plants and have more then 2 oz in Co, or is that it? It would be hard to make edibles with just 2 o's on hand at a time.

yes it is possible to get a higher plant count for edibles. i currently have one for 30 plants and 12 ounces. but just remember a higher plant count card is only an afferative defence to the law. if they come in and check your garden and they find more than your 6 they can and will press charges and you may have to fight it in court. I'm speaking from experiance lol.
They have a warrant to come in and search?

Got this email from the good people at Fresh Republic in Boulder.
Dear Valued Fresh Republic Patients:
Unfortunately, we have received a letter from the Federal Department of Justice requiring that we close down our dispensary or risk federal prosecution and asset forfeiture.
As a result, we will be permanently closing down Fresh Republic, our Friendly Neighborhood Dispensary on The Hill, effective April 21, 2012. We will operate at our normal business hours from now until 4/20, which will be our last day attending patients.
The fight for safe access to medical cannabis for Colorado's patients will go on. We will ultimately overturn the longstanding prohibition against this misunderstood plant, and you the patient will be able to medicate without worry of government intervention. Stay positive, keep the fight alive, and remember the words of the "Ode to the Fresh Republic":
"Care for Cannabis,
Marvel at Marijuana, and Worship the Weed.

Knock and talk..... have your attorney's card ready and slip it through the door with the chain on. That is if you answer the door!
Never, ever give up your rights to be searched. This eliminates half the legal arguments your lawyer has for your case.
If they had probable cause they would not be knocking. They are the doberman's of the leo world, they are not there because if they have enough evidence they would be serving a warrent, they are not there to be petted.... they are there to use anything you say or show in a court of law. If you are legal there is nothing to worry about so no need to comply!
My lawyer put it this way,"everyone has the right to be silent but few have the ability."
Stand up for your rights no matter what. No law requires you to answer the door unless they have probable cause and then they have a warrent and will kick it down anyway. They are not there to help you no matter what they say..... they are there to find evidence on which to convict you. That is their training and mission. It is completely legal for them to lie to you.
Talking from experience and no they never came back or contacted my lawyer on the card I handed them through the cracked door.

I had a buddy who had a knock and talk.. hid in the house for an hour... had big old huski/wolfdog on the porch... they left and never came back. Hope I never have to deal with LEO's around my area as I too have an increased plant count.

Only one I've done is the Durban Poison,... there's several cuts floating around the front range. Some are better than others, my cut has narrower dark green leaves, purple petioles and a tendency to "vine" out to the side more than grow upright and bushy during vege.
The flowers have a scent that's kinda hard to put your finger on, certainly NOT the standard skunky funk of most strains, Sweet, licorice, and desert flowers.
I found it hard to over feed, but not resistant to root/stem rot so I've got to keep an eye on watering.

all the new flavors are growing nicely
but the Purple Haze is twice the size of the others
(they were all the same size when I got them)
