Some dispys we've met with were concerned that their patients would grow our seeds and would no longer need to buy from the dispy. To me, that's a greed-head point of view. It's also silly.

Yeah, it's not like there are literally hundreds of places you can buy seeds from in this state alone.

TGA Genetics sells their seeds through tons of dispensaries in this state.
And there are plenty of other dispensaries selling beans and good clones, you just gotta look around.

I would agree - it looks like a patient is allowed to grow and have a caregiver - which is important if somebody wanted to learn. Really important.

And can effectively double plant counts. That can't last.


And like the weather - wait a few minutes and see what develops.

The new laws allow patients to grow their 6 and the dispensary/caregiver to grow 6 on their behalf at the same time. I'm guessing that the big dispensaries asked for this to prevent legal trouble due to patients growing and not telling anyone.

Or at least thats what they said at the Sensible CO seminar I went to.
