Cold air into tent

Quick question. Should I be pumping my cold air into the top of the tent? It's a 3x3 tent and find putting it into the bottom makes my soul a litttttle to cold for my liking. Will it cool it enough coming from the top?

i am going to use passive intakes and leave window open in another room
so by the time it gets too my tent it will be warmer
i have done this for a week so far temps are at 24.7c during the day
and 20c lights off

Well I have cold air coming from a window with a 6" inline going into one of my tents right now with 1000w and it stays like 78f lights on and the fan shuts off when lights go off.

But my veg tent gets like 82 no cold air. Was thinking about pumping it through the top of the tent just to cool it down a little. Considering the air outside is like 10F right now
