Since noone has apparently grown the cross, what are the effects of the Punto Rojo side? As far as some of Coastals other Columbian crosses, I have heard good things about Purple Corinto x Puna Butter. Kiona (in Wahington state ) grows it and supplies select Washington dispensaries.

Dude, i'm gonna throw this out there as well Punto Rojo may have been exterminated from the wild, the dea spread so much herbicide on those mountains back in the day. I think people labeled modern gear after it, but from my limited understanding on sativas, it had buds so foxtaily it was almost like dr.grindspoon and it flowered for forever. Someone may have stock from the 70's but i highly doubt its in open circles. Bud like that you don't always want to give to a consumer, people say they want "trip weed" but that shit will cut you down like a Johnny Cash song.

As shady as the Landrace Team is they seem to have a very nice Corinto, as ive seen in their thread, and some of them turn a beautiful purple. Im not throwing any money at them, since theyre theives and steal growers photos but it is a nice looking sativa for sure

USC used to have a very good rep, but not so much in the past several years.

But I want to clarify something about Kagyu/Coastal... he knows his shit for sure. Anything they released five years ago or more, I'd buy without hesitation. Kagyu is connected, no doubt about it. It's just that a few things he has recently posted make me raise my eyebrows, not in a good way. That said, I'm definitely not throwing mud at Kagyu. I have much respect for him.

You won't. But they're probably the most legit outfit you will find, if you're looking for in situ sourced "landrace" stuff.

Better yet, just follow closely, and make friends. I have so many different landrace seeds, and landrace hybrids, all given freely. I always return the favor.

I'm quite aware but...between firemen we don't step on eachothers hoses.

I believe that Kiona has a "the buck stops here" breeder and selector so those end of the line efforts are work and more than valid

But the sourcing could be so much better!

Nothing done in ten weeks comes from true Colombian, or southern Mexican gear, it has all been re bred with something, even the mexican cali o i had wouldn't finish in under 16 weeks, Sorry for multiple post this is just my two cents

More like pollen chucking 2.0 with brokerage included.

It is my personal opinion that theres no way work being done on this scale and in such a short time can be anything else.

Take a good look at the list, I can definetely see some of our members genetics in there used any which way but loose.

At least my Colombian has.

My dad used to say "do one thing and do it well" so...you all can interpret things your own way.

No sir, actually ive never really purchased seeds and honestly i'd be hesitant to but ive seen the Cannabiogen MB and have had friends grow it in Spain and although it definetely is a gorgeous example ive never heard people rave about the high itself.
