CO2 with exhaust?

I've heard whispers of people running a nighttime exhaust with in pysdo-sealed CO2 rooms. Does anyone have a bit more info on this? Would I be blowing through CO2 tanks far to often in a 10x15 room? The idea is interesting me to me because it seems like it would act as a odor purge and supply fresh oxygen.

The reason you exhuast at night is to combat humidity,and expel unused co2 as plants puke up unused co2 at night.
