CMH or HPS during flowering

I've been lurking and learning for a while, but created an account just to chime in here.

In case anyone is wondering about possible yields with full cycle CMH, read on.

I use two 315w CMH bulbs in each 5x5 tent. I use only CMH. My fixtures are open and unvented. I have a few of these set ups. In each tent, I run 6 15 gal pots, all organic living soil.

I yield +- 2 lbs per run. This works out to be better than 1g/w (1.37g/w, if each 315w bulb is actually using 330w).

It's beautiful light - like mini-suns.

This is comparable to my numbers using Cycloptics fixtures and Agro bulbs.

Thanks for the name drop tenthirty, unfortunately not all lamps are created equally. I've been thinking about snagging a few greenbeams, but wanted to see some more testimonials first

The only thing that beats them (subjective) is CXA3070's and you have to make them your self.

Have you happened to have the chance to try out some 315w de CMH lamps from summit lighting?
