quick question for HIE, M, SBZ, Or anyone who has had the luxury of comparin em--
which of the three G13 cuts would u say is the one to grow? pacifics airborne or the socal? i thought i saw someone mention socal G in this thread but i cant find it now.. ill go look again but thats the one zilla was talkin bout a while back as bein the love... i have never seen it before have ya's got any pics? it sounds like the one to keep an eye out for but id like to hear what yall think of the more popular easier to find cuts, the pacific and airborne.. thanks in advance!

well that is a hard question to answer.. i have never grown out SoCal G,still waiting on it to show up.. but i sure do know the other 2 very well.. i prefer the Airbourne over the Pacific.. better medicine.. but the Pacific is no slacker either.. better yield on the Pacific and more head than body high.. i gonna try and work the AG and PG into seed form,for myself and friends.. this is gonna take some years to get what i want done.. maybe even a supreme G hybrid..lol..

ethereal: I like the airborne way better than the pacific. I was actually surprised how sativa the pacific smoked after reading everybody's opinions throughout the years. The pacific cut reminded me of growing NL#5 years ago.. very similar look and growth. The airborne looks straight up like a landrace indica, IMO. The pacific is a much more productive plant that is easy to grow, faster growth, better cloning, easier branches to train, and bigger yield. Airborne hits so much harder to the head and leaves me crippled. Pacific I could still smoke during the day and it would be a heavy head high but not sleepy unless I was already really tired. Zilla said the socal G was one of the better tasting strains and he seemed to really like it.

i havent tried the airborne, but ive had the pacific, 'original', and so-cal and the socal g13 was my personal favorite. pacific wasnt as strong and medicinal as g13 should be, original was bland with a boring stone, but the socal tasted like smoking straight kif bonghits and had a killer sedated stone. definately the best as far as medicine goes. i'd like to compare that one to the the ag13 one of these days...

i really like the smoke.....even tho i had to harvest a bit early , it's pretty damn potent and very strong smelling/tasting
as far as which i like better......i dont know, theyre both damn good >>>havnt made up my mind yet so i may have to run em again soon lol

Yeah bro, looks like the fire. I love that shit.

To me, it tastes like grapes and flowers with some nutty aftertaste... smells like grapes and flowers too man... I just puffed some for a wake up call, to get the day started on the chill. The high is immediate, facial and very relaxing. In the top 3 for me...

Hey Gato - if you get your temps down low enough that PI will turn black almost. I never got it there but I have seen others examples in person... try to pipe in some of that Mountain air Hope all is well on your end.

Man I wish I had more time with her, takes a while to nail her down... hopefully next year somehow, somewhere, sometime......
