6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering?
I water when soil looks dry enough. I also stuck my finger in to see if it is dry enough to water. Normal tap water. The amount is until the soil is saturated.

7. What is the pH of your water?
n/a

8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
n/a

9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
no

10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
It was under 4 23 watt daylight cfls and one 26 watt soft white cfl. I procceed to give them sunlight last Friday morning.

13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
Low humidity but high temps from 85-100 degrees.

14. What is the pH of the soil?
n/a

15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
Small holes in the one leaf but thats it.

16. How much experience do you have growing?
I have some growing experiences.

Not sure what it is but did some research for ya based on the symptoms.......this is what I found.......

Leaf spot fungi and Bacterial shothole:
The leaf spot pathogens Stigmina and Eupropolella cause brown spots on the leaves. The centres of the spots may eventually fall out, leaving irregular holes in the leaves that resemble damage from shotgun pellets – hence 'shot-hole'
The bacterium Pseudomonas syringae causes water-soaked lesions that enlarge and turn tan with chlorotic (yellowing) halos. After leaf defences halt the enlargement of a lesion, the dead part eventually falls out – again, also referred to as 'shot-hole'

Looks like a bacteria get some neems oil (from what I've read)
Better off asking some pro's around here. Hope it helps....

Before you start chasing bugs and worrying about ph and deficiencies, is your RH high and did you spray anything? The reason I ask is I get dew when the lights come on if my humidity is too high. That dew combined with an HID light makes yellow spots and burn holes that can look like a lot of things depending on where they occur.

From here it sounds like the temps are too high.
3+ weeks is a long time to be in a dixie cup, if the plant is healthy enough it will dry that out pretty quick. Although you are not using any food yet (why not by the way?) it looks like heat stress and a little nutrient burn.
