two separate plants
The Cheesedogs goes 7-9 weeks * depending on the desired effect
and the Grandaddy Hazes go 8-11

haha yeah the cheesers went 47 days last time with a inorganic flowering booster and this round it went 60 days without the help of any booster and I tuned it for a more sedative effect.
I think the GH's will go exactly how long they predicted. I haven't seen the SSSDH pheno yet. That one will push past 11 weeks. The GDP and the SD phenos will go 8-10 weeks. Which is pretty inline with my 2 flowering phenos.

wow 47 is crazy quick... anything 9 weeks or under is quick IMO... cool beans... but 47? dang...
and for the gh's... a sd pheno and sssdh pheno would be nice... lil variety... but 10-11 weeks for a strain like that is a o kay... good shit buddy, ima defiantly going to try some connoisseur genes.
im going to pull some og at 8 and at 9 cause the 8 weeker stuff is so much more active/heady... and the 9 just makes you play vids and drool.

They are have sent their praises on my dog. I'm sure I'm in their spotlight. Plus there are a lack of peeps who can actually finish a proper journal. Most grab the freebies and then f'off into the sunset...

i would only be interested to test if I was down with the company, and their business ways, and I liked the cross... to help out... not for free seeds, crazy how much you see that though...
running a new strain is a big deal for me, i dont just pop seeds recklessly hahahaha.

Grandaddy Haze Harvest
Grandaddy Haze Harvest
I harvested the Grandaddy Hazes today to make room for a new project. The skinny branch was ready but the thicker branch could have gone another week or more. Good news is that I have 3 clones of the thicker branched pheno to fine tune in the future.
the skinny branch is a very gdp dom hybrid. It has tight lifesavor candy shaped flowers. Each flower reaks of lavender/candy/skunk. Definetly going to be a stellar smoke. You can just tell. Plus it looks beautiful. Nice rich green and purple hued buds.
This particular pheno will not be carried forward due to its below average yield. Partly due to its early root aphid infection mind you.
The thicker branched pheno looks very gdp dom but it has a girthier appearance and purple candy smell with a slight apple background. This pheno will definitely purple up if grown longer. Next time will be a charm.

There is no way that my camera is doing these buds justice. I couldn't find the "crystal" setting on my camera.
I'll buy a sweet macro lens in the future.
The two Grandaddy Hazes yielded a bit better than I thought they would. I was expecting a very light harvest but the4 skinny branched pheno yielded 26.5g's and the thick branched yielded 40g's.
So I'm stoked on the yield and even more stoked on the quality. I have never smelled plants so rich and have felt plants so resinous. These are going to give my cheesedogs a run for their money. This is going to be a special smoke. I'll post a smoke report from my patient soon.

PS I'm moving my focus from seeds to clones in the next couple weeks. Doing seed selection from scratch isn't the most efficient way to produce meds. I will still be growing from seed, but now I'll just have some new proven clones to shift my production into second gear. vroom vroom

I'm welcoming in the new year with some MK Ultra and Strawberry Alien Kush bud shots. The MK's are super frosty and the strawberrys smell like straw-cherries... mmm. Overall things re very quiet these days. I just finished cleaning and organizing for the new year. My new years resolution is to keep things cleaner than last year.

Our plants are back jammin' to their music in the new year. Our cat had broken her hip so the music station was donated to the kittyland play and recovery center. Good news is that both the kitty and the girls are back in action.

Thanks you everyone for all of your support as of lately. Here are two new photos of the MK and the Strawberry Alien. The MK is really starting to stink like an OG and the Strawberry Alien really stinks like cherries. Both are ultra dense and are absolutely covered in crystal castles.
