If your ever stuck drilling your own holes in plastic trays a conical drill bit will come in handy. Drills many different size holes while duburring them at the same time for the most part.

For most bulkhead fittings, I think the hole size is 1 1/4" (regardless of 1/2" or 3/4" barbed fitting). For that size I would highly recommend a conical bit as PonicalChillin mentioned or better yet a hole saw.

Whatever you do, do not use a flat wood bit on the rigid Botanicare trays, as the edges of the holes will chip and end up not making a perfectly clean hole. I suspect this will work better on the thinner, slightly less rigid non-Botanicare black trays, but I don't know that for a fact. This type of bit is much better for softer plastics (like Rubbermaids) and thinner pieces that are not so rigid and are resistant to cracking / chipping.

I suggest trying to find a e+F table used... I bought mine for 100 bux each... with res... thats a great deal..

Don't know if you have a torrent downloader, but if you need someone to seed for you just pm me. This video, although ridiculous, cleared a lot of my questions up. Not to mention, this guy is fucking funny. One second hes on the ball telling you what needs to be done. Next second, hes a total stoned fuck-up. Nothing wrong with that though I guess. It's just hilarious, the way he switches around. You can literally tell exactly when hes stoned out of his mind.
