CCHI is not a big government bill! It was written by Jack Herer before his death and is being proliferated by close friends of Jack.

Those of you who never heard of legendary activist Jack Herer should watch this video. This initiative is the best and the only one that will jumpstart large scale **hemp** industry for fuel, JOBS, energy, paper, medicine, food, fiber, etc etc - and save the freaking world. The CCHI initiative is very different than the others that are simple legalization for "personal use." The CCHI 'Jack Herer' initiative is all encompassing!

Watch it- this fiery man alone is one of the *main reasons* we have gained personal freedoms in so many states!

I am proud to have read (and still have) his "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" book in the early 90's and it lit a fire under my butt to get active for sure. Check it out!
