CASINO DEALERS -- Houses that allow you to be a medical patient while employed????

Hey IC, I'm looking for casino workers/game dealers or others with direct knowledge, regarding drug testing programs and stances on medical card holders at Las Vegas casinos.

I understand most do hair tests for pre-employment these days, for casino dealers, although some may be just doing ua's to cut costs. There is typically a random screening program as well once you get hired. I assume these would be ua's.

Another casino professional here told me recently that a few casinos have decided to tolerate card holders that work as dealers, and exempt them from randoms (well, at least for testing hot on THC, they probably still have to test for everything else).

I'm looking for feedback from peeps here in Vegas that have an inside scoop on which houses are lenient on pot in general, or if you can confirm which casinos have decided to exempt card-holders from their random protocol. I am a med patient and while I don't need to blaze out all the time, I do find that canna provides so much relief to my condition, and would prefer to work in casinos while still being able to enjoy meds in the off hours, at least a few times a week, you know?

Anybody with firsthand or close secondhand info on specific casinos that are tolerant, or other info regarding canna and casino dealing work in Vegas...your insight is much appreciated, thanks

Personally... I quit working for people who require pre-employment drug testing decades ago. I find management who still clings to non-working models like that, usually have other significant issues I'll butt heads on them with. So I skip the whole ordeal and work for other folks. ;)

That being said... my current employment does not test anything for dealers, though it's not located near Las Vegas.

Good luck and welcome to ICMag!! :D
