Awesome....spread the seed.

Bone - you are going to have a bunch of femals to choose from.... that is awesome, I bet there won't be one dog in that pack. I am real excited to see how the Super-Gs do. You are gonna fill that patio up !!

Happy New Year to all and thanks all for posting the gorgeous pictures.

the LP's, cascadias and the super g's are growing well - quick to sprout :D

actually the selection work is going to get done indoors :D we might put the best to flower them outdoors in the patio if everything works out ok. we might look for an other location. the house is quite expensive and my grow-companion is looking for something cheaper. lets see how it goes :D

this is going to become one interesting indoor grow :D

bacchus- i got a question about the seeds you gave me. what were suppose to be super-g really look like cascadia. well a few of them. im assuming that they probably are and just got mixed up somehow. i will post some pics soon.
i say this cause i know that the super-g should be a shorter indica and the cascadia is a skinnier sativa.

well thanks for the help

darrin - about the similarities between super G phenos and cascadia:

bacchus wrote before:

super-G:

TRCs Gold Monkey(Blockhead x West Coast Santa Marta Gold) x Love Potion

lovepotion f2:

West Coast Santa Marta Gold x (West Coast Santa Marta Gold x G13).

cascadia:

Cascadia is Bacchus ATW x Love Potion #1 male.

The father of Super G is the same LP male,I think.

---------------

that should give some similar looking phenos for sure :D

Yes you are correct Bone.

The Super-G I grew had the blockhead look in the bud. A square flat top. She also was super resin covered and super lemony smelling. She is hanging to dry right now. The leaves were fat as well.

But the Cascadia should have a variety of phenoms. The Love Potion can either be tall and lanky or short and fatter(G13), so a cross with the AKwreck could result in many combinations.

Post some pictures. I am thinking that all of them are the Cascadia.

It will be interesting to see what Bone's grow looks like in a couple of months. With that many females to go through he should get a good representation of the different phenoms in both strains.

its going to be a lot of fun - i bet its going to take a few flowerings before i can round it down to a few keepers. there seems to be a couple of very interesting phenos in there..

this far the germination rate on the super G, cascadia and lovepotion has been 100%

this is what i got planted now of that:

lovepotion 6

super-G - 13

cascadia - 42

the seeds from raco:

LDS 9

dc x dc 1

budular balls x destroyer 2

johny deep 3

x-18 x DC - 6

PTK 2

special mix original 1

alibi f3 5T 5

:D

bonecarver and bacchus thanks so much for your help. it really makes alot more sense to me....but i didnt know that the super-g and cascadia were related...thats pretty cool.

bonecarver...i know what you mean about taking a few rounds to find good females. i have 16 plants right now, 4 are clones and 12 are super-g, cascadia, and my good bagseed. so it will take a while to see which females i really want.

thanks again guys

This really is one of the most intresting threads I've seen in a long time. Great info, spectacular bud shots, and intresting genetic crosses being worked with. Keep up the great work guys. It's been a pleasure to sit on the side lines and watch.

well hello everybody!! i hope all is well in your part of the globe. its cold where i am....and its not that great...oh well.
not to much to report on. my revegging cascadia is doing awesome, i hope soon it will start sprouting leaves with more blades, then i will take a few clones.
heres a shot of her

other than that i am still waiting on my 12 various plants including a few cascadia and super-gs to show sex. they are all starting to preflower so i should know in the next week.
heres a shot of the lush canopy they have produced

it really filled in since last week.

i hope to get at least one super-g female so i can flower her w/ my 4 clones that are in veg. i plan to make some bonsai moms soon also..to preserve the genes.

well thats bout it
