Carbon Dioxide Levels ... Remind me of Old Ed Rosenthal Grow Books

I remember reading High Times & sitting in the garden section of bookstores like
Cody's (on Telegraph in Berkeley).

In those Old, Antique books (late 80's early 90's) I remember "389 ppm" for CO2
as being cited as a good example of CO2 supplementation.

So ... is Climate Change food for Pot Growing ?

(Side-stepping the serious & tragic effect of wild-fires, my guess is, this year's fires destroyed some treasured grows. Moment of Silence ! )

Anyway, reading an article this morning ... which reminds me of a few hundred other articles I've read on the subject, "Global carbon dioxide levels have risen from a preindustrial level of about 280 parts per million to nearly 400 ppm today. In recent years, CO2 levels — the primary greenhouse gas — have spent longer and longer above the 400 ppm benchmark."

Well, heck, in those old High Times, I remember a basement grow in Amsterdam (growing Skunk #1 in a soil less mix, hydro under lights). Ed mentioned the increase in yield from using CO2.

Well, WE ARE THERE. Above the CO2 PPM level Ed Rosenthal used to cite as good for Cannabis Growing (389 PPM). Actually, I think we're a little above that old reference level.

So, it seems like ... the whole planet is now a good place to grow Cannabis - at least, CO2 wise ?

And the slightly strange part is ... I still use CO2 supplementation.
