How do you keep em so healthy?

First I start with a soil that is 100% organic bat guano, chicken crap, mushroom microbes, dolmite lime ph adjuster ect...... then I make sure to let pots dry up nice and not waterlog them. As bog said healthy roots is key, you screw that up and you spend too much time in the sick plant threads feeding them everthing under the sun to save them. I use pure blend bloom but to be honest my soil has everything the plant needs but its still fun. lots of air circulation is also keyas wel as temps under 80,mine are 78 degrees with lights on. I use an inline 256 cfm fantech which is more than I need so I use a speed controler. I also use filters on intakes so dust and bugs stay away.

here is the beautiful afxbb. I moved the light up 2 inches as I thought it could be causing very slight yellow on top



here is a comparison to the sour creek in growth structure which is in an 8 gallon tub

That pale green on the new growth could be a slight iron deficiency, I get them sometimes toward the end of my res change in hydro

The afxbb is from capt. crip and I dont have any history allthough I believe he would.


The sour creek is a cross I made using bogs sour creek male and tom hills cripple creek.

There still a month away but I thought I may do GBerry green pheno and maybe a couple more sour creeks. I have an afxbb clone that Im glad I took because she smells so amazing so may do a second run of that.

Looking wonderful there SS...really mate.
I got a pack of these from my good friend the Caot last year, theywrere the ones I was supposed to test but in the early days of me growing for the 1st few months, my germinating was haphazard at best so i killed them all, I believe I cooked the seeds on the Cable TV box. the other offerings i got more than made up for my disappointment but i sure would love a sniff of it lol.
and that sour Creek cross of urs looks mean, like she'll seduce you and then take u wallet when ur tied to the bed hahaha.

Thanks harry this plant is so fun to grow and even though the sour creek is a very impressive cross the structure and smell of the afxbb is what I have been looking for
for many years. next watering she gets 10-3-1 bat guano tea. I want her a bit greener before shes ready to finish. Tea also makes the plants taste so good in the end. Im thinking 60 days hopefuly. I really like the fact the she has a huge center cola but not skimping on the very impressive lower buds. She also looks to be sativa dom which means skunky and up high. I cut off some leaves that were yellow and the smell was of a lemon tree with skunk ornanments.
