They are coming right along. Those seedlings look really nice with great looking leaves.
The reveg came out of an unexpected place. That will be excellent. It will be short and small with an excellent root system. A root system more than capable of making that new start thrive. You will be able to cut it right down to ground level. Instant height control and perfect bonsai mother plant. Don't cut the main plant trunk off until "little Grute" is about 3 " tall. You don't want to shock her.

Top 11 in black pots are @Hammerhead testers. Does appear 1 of the 11 is a runt, it's falling behind more everyday.

Debating on if I'm going to use my 5gal buckets or step up to 7gal to help with water frequency in flower. Also wonder if there would be any noticeable difference in yield.

I've never needed to use anything larger than 3g.. The only time you would need a larger pot is when you veg a long time. Most veg 30 days. I veg 40-60 days. I start with solo cups then 1g, then to their final 3g.,.
With the coco an using rhizo, the roots will fill up the 5gal pot easy. An by mid way thru flowering I'm watering once a day on most strains. I'd like to be able to water half the plants one day an half the next, that why I'm looking at the 7gal
Using automated feedings with coco is the best way to go. Coco just dries quicker. At that age feeding daily is normal regardless of the medium used. I'm using Promix HP, feeding daily is normal. I can stretch that out to every other day if I water to a good runoff. If you are OK using more coco so you can feed less often that's all that matters.

I don't cull slow seedlings(runt). All are grown unless they are too badly mutated. I have had a few that wouldn't grow more than 1" a month if even that.. I would call this not practical to grow. If you see this I wouldn't bother with it.

I'll be picking up a bunch of bags of coco later this week. They should all be ready for the 2gal buckets next week!

@Hammerhead both of the tri's have reverted back to normal bi. The one runt isn't doing much. The other 10 are growing good, couple stand out but in my experience those will be males.
Same positions just spread them out more. They are really starting to pick up the pace. Will definitely be going into 2gal pots early next week. I tops them all at 4 nodes for 8 side branches(the tri will have a few extras lol). The auto will not be topped. Also my 3rd El Chapo (frozen Diesel

Ps, Once they are in 2 gallon pots I will separate them for picture days! Then in flower they will have their own 1ks so all pics will be separate as well.
Did some defoliation today. Picked up a bunch of coco, so I'm read to move them them into 2 gal pots, except the auto which will go into a 3 gal pot. Got the rest of my electrical stuff need to wire my new room. Picking up a 4th 1k this week so my new flower room will be changing layouts some. Picked up the lumber for that too. just need another roll of panda film an some more 6" ducting. Will now be 4 1kw on a perpetual harvest 2 lights every 30-35 days. I'll b redoing my Mother/clone/veg room to 5x10'. Hope to have it all done by the end of the month an get these babies flowering! Will be using 5gal pots which I learned are actually closer to 6gal when filled to the top. I will be cracking 10 Platinum Kush Breath Remix an 15 Black Cherry Pie f5 (reg seeds, looking hoping for 10~females). Plan is 9 plants per 1k but I can go up to 12-16 with less veg time. Once the new room is complete I'll post pics untill then here's pics before I defoliated
Ps, I will make this grow diary just about the testers because that's what I had started here. Once the room is full operational I'll make a perpetual grow diary with everything else I'm growing.
I'll be transplanting tomorrow or Thursday. Was waiting for them all to recover after the trimming. Unfortunately about half the Hammerhead testers are not responding well, growth has slowed up an they are not pushing out side branches like the rest. I'll post pics after transplanting into the 2gal buckets
I try my best to hang onto the females but whatever is not growing well ill just toss..
Sorry for the delay, had some health issues. I had to have a friend take care of my plants this past week. Unfortunately a couple plants suffered. Not sure what happened exactly. Possible he missed them when watering or over watered. Will have a pic update at the end of the week. Well see how they bounce back after the trans planting I did today
Well my health has been holding me back quite a bit lately. Haven't been able to finish wiring my new grow room. Still have to hang a couple lights an make sure everything is light proof.
I was able to check for males, so far 3 males have checked out for good, one runt didn't make it. So I have 7 hammerhead testers left.
The peyote Zkittlez are all uniform an survived the drought/over watering issues from my friend helping out.
Only took one pic, my hip was killing me so I was in a rush to sit down.
Also it looks like the biker kush pheno from the El Chapo may not make it. Not sure what happened. The ecsd pheno regrowth has hit a growth spurt. I'll try to get better pics an separate everything. Later this week. Just getting back on my feet.
