Well....

The girlfriend is gone for the night and I got off from work early.
When the cats away. .. The mice will screen turface in the living room.
:beat-dead

:mopper:

2 more bags done, which fill 4 x 5 gallon buckets.
Took about an hour a bag and I still have 4 more bags to go.

The pool is running at 1.4 ec and 5.5-6.0 Ph
This is with with jack + N + silica + MM Roids.
Still these being real young plants I think ill add one
more bucket of plan water. Lower the ec a touch.

Time to get this bad boy up and running....

Just fine tuning the water level and flood level for a 1 minute flood...

Take maybe 30 seconds to empty...

Making labels for the little one and they are ready for to get their toes wet....:woohoo:

I mixed my nuits wrong and my water is cloudy as hell...

It's the Silica that did it...
My ec and ph is spot on so im going with it.
The turface must of had a touch of dust as well
as its now a hint of brown... eww...

Did I mention I bought another 4'x4' Tent this weekend

Lighthouse Hydro Tents
are sold in Garden and Hydro stores across the country.

They use only the highest quality materials (All metal frame, 900D Canvas) and are extremely affordable.
Not all tents are created equal. Since 2008, this is the ONLY tent we have recommended to our customers.
The 100% Mylar and Canvas construction is VERY important.
It is the only choice for reflectivity and will not produce toxic gases which are deadly to plants.
900D canvas is 2 to 3 times thicker than most Chinese made tents on the market.
Newly designed for 2012, these tents have an incredible feature set. You will not find a better tent at this price!
:woohoo:

These tents are golden...
Really well priced at $140.00 to $170.00 depending on where you find it.

Not that I have any space for it....
Yet...
Im sure it will work it self out...

:ying:

Wonder if the GF will notice it next to the bed...

I may give up the closet veg space and put it in the room.

This would allow for some interesting things...
Tight yet workable...

Im playing with the Idea of setting up a cloning factory as a way to get into the market around here.

I need more pools...

I think I could run up to 300 clones in a
single pool using a pool over pool.

Top pool has the bottom cut off and reflective
material on the inside walls.

A piece of Plexiglas cut to the size of the bottom~left removable.

Making it the ~HOOD~

The bottom pool would be the same base pool as im using.

Using Rockwool as a base for the clones and could even cut seed pod trays to fit and fill the bottom of the pool. Place the rockwool on the turface and flood once a day ( Only the CC )... Bam 3 hours later... 6" roots... :woohoo:

Well... Perhaps it might take a little longer...

Start lifting the Plexiglas in 3-4 days and remove once stable.

Humm... Things to chew on....

I Dig Evolution and the natural selection process...
Only the strong survive..

Another lesson learned this time around for germinating seeds...

Raise the seeding tray a 1/2" the heating mat
so you dont burn the roots as I just did...
I need to use just a touch less water as well...

All and all most popped and then 1/2 quickly dampened and died
just above the medium.

26 of 45 is what I will keep at this point as any
others are not going to be the winners anyways...
Though I am trying to save 2 that are in a bad way as a test and why not..

26 air pots...
26 plants...
....Nice.....

Pictures say the rest for the most part...

Light movers really are pretty useless ...

It works fine but I'm not digging the coverage for this set up.
I got distracted with hanging it and will take mass clones the morning.

Rockwool cubes are warming up and waiting...

Nice. What are your thoughts regarding vegging with LED as opposed to MH, HPS, CFL, T5, etc.?

This is my 1st try vegging under LEDs.
I flower one crop and it came out heavily frosted.

I have always vegged with CFL and MH...
CFLs rock the veg up till about 14"-18" then it really takes MH for a good veg...

HPS causes to much stretch from what I understand...
