cannabis/humulus hybrids

I don't know much about hops trading genes with cannabis, or hemp for that matter. I do know that most melons and pickles/cucumbers had some freaky shit jumpin off in my garden a few years back. my uncle told me I planted them too close, nothing wakes you up like orange and green cucumbers/pickles, not much on taste either... I'm doing a lot of different beans together this year to see what I can come up with...

In my opinion an hybrid humulus/Cannabis is possible rarely... The nearly species of humulus to cannabis is the Japonicus var. Genetically there are only little differencies in chromosomic number.
It would be interesting to use an ancestral variety of cannabis
