Kind of looks like Duckfoot.
i was thinking the same thing, but i haven't seen many duckfoot pics, kind of a semi lost line(or not much grown)
as i understand it, the duckfoot mutation shows up regular in cannabis, rare but does repeat
which tends to favor this just being a cannabis leaf mutant of some sort
... I just dont really see the point in plants like this. Yes they are stealth; but if flavor, potency and bag appeal isnt there, what is the point.

Wallyduck had a a Ducksfoot seedline many years ago. I think it's more popular in Europe, I know its still kept alive by a few people.
I did a google images search and most of the pics were on EU websites.
