Hey was given a bottle of Canada boost ... Neone using it with other brands I was thinking of adding it to my mix... Gh3 part 2.5 green 5micro 7.5red 2.5 calmag diamond nector bcuzz bloom and silica got hella bloom boosters available...l I was thinking of cutting my mix in half and feeding the boost with a pk booster (Moab most likely) a few times in flower while keeping the boost straight thrue and adding molasses when I'm not feeding the Moab... All my numbers are per gallon not litre

The whole idea behing the ghe3 part is to not use other pk booster and alike and just to manipulate the 3 parts to give the plant what it needs when it needs it eg more N at begging then more P early flower then k mid to end of flower

Has anyone noticed that after you start molasses that mites come? I had a few mites this year and can.t remember if the arrived before or after the molasses feedings.

that is ridiculous asif feeding with molasses would do that. Spidermites can lay dormant and start to breed when the room warms up have you turned any extra lights on or anything like that

I'm down with the boost. I am trying to use both at the same time now to see myself any differences. I think I gave to much last time and it burnt the tips a little. I am going to try it again this run with a little less and not as many waterings. We'll see.

So i guess this means you don't think that once you feed the more sugary substance they don't wake up. I'm in a green house and they didn't come until way after it warmed up.

a spidermite would not choose to feed on your plant because the plant contained more sugars. I'm not sure they are that complex to have developed a taste for sweet buds over normal buds yet fingers crossed..... normally spidermite infestation is due to temperature rise I could take a cutting from an infested room and in most cases if i take it to a room that runs cool temperatures I may never even see a problem if I take them to a room that runs up in high 20's low 30's which many novice grower do suddenly the mites wake up start to breed lay eggs and they hatch then at that point you notice them as suddenly they are out in force.

If you feed with to much fertilizer, Spidermites and other shitty creatures will grow rapidly and they often attack the least potent plant first, that also goes to peppers and other plants.

Apples & oranges. One is a sugar/carbohydrate, the other is a growth hormone, triacontanol. One is food, the other is steroids for plants. It's like comparing a chicken sandwich with human growth hormone.
Both molasses & triacontanol are beneficial to your plants.

I don't understand why these two are being compared. They are two different products? One is a sugar product the other is TRIA hormone and kelp. so there is probably some cytokinins and auxins hormones from the kelp. Most science suggests only sugars in the simplest form can make it through a certain layer in the pant tissue. I cant remember the layer off the top of my head.
