can you clean clones in a petri dish?

hey, i don't have much knowledge in this kind of science area, but i'm thinking if it is possible to get rid off viruses and destroying bugs with a petri dish.

all tips are welcome if someone knows about this

Yeah tissue culture cleans up plants so they don’t have viruses or bugs. I don’t know how tho but I think it’s pretty much a solid fact that is cleans up plants. There are people really good at it I heard you can send cuts to and they will send back a TC clone for an exorbitant price.
