Nirvana's Royal Flush has the high you describe & doesn't stretch much. Sweet earthy flavor & spicy aroma. Hardy, easy to grow & relatively inexpensive, too. Not for bedtime, at least not for me.

I grew ACE Panama Red and it stretched 2x in flower. Was a up high but not racy. I grew under LED so that may have controlled the stretch some.

Mexitiza seems to be sold out everywhere! Since I started thinking sativa I looked into getting some in the stash. Also Bodhi Silver Mountain looks like it deserves a go!

Ya u believe that by drooping the N halfway through a sativa it might stop foxtailing. I haven't had a really foxtaily or loose sativa yet. But am trying it out on my sativa dom super tangies as I ran too much N last round and a single calyx popped open and put out a final calyx(slight foxtail). No N after day 32 leaving almost half of flower with no N obviously I have it sitting by if she shows she wants some N. But I don't see that happening.

Got some great suggestions from this thread! Def looking to add Zamal Hash, Jock Horror, Flo, Mexitiza, and Zamaladelic to the stash soon. Hoping for good fortune with my other 7 C99s. Also got a couple of C99 crosses to look through. As I'm getting older I appreciate that energetic, active high that sativa leaning strains bring to the table. Just wanted a little feedback from fellow growers. Should be fun!!!!!

Golden goat is one of the best sativa expressions of the skunk family imho. Some stretch, but not bad for the high it delivers

CDM lights seem to take out some of the stretch from sativas. I personally wouldn't recommend C99, Apollo 13 though... Always growing some Apollos.

You might want to check out some stuff from Escobar. His Holy Princess, and a few Mexican hybrids are said to be pretty good and unique. Worth a shot.
