Yes you can; take like a spoon and cut around a rootball making sure you do not mess with the root system.

Put the rootball in a bowl run water on the soil so the soil will be ran off. those seedlings do not have a strong root system so the soil will run off the roots good, just do not run the water to strongly on them just enough to get the soil off the roots.

THen get them into a different soil; assuming they are not damaged by the previous mixture they were in; mostly when seedlings are in this shape when trying to save them it either takes to long and they are stunted and do not grow much or by the time they recover you could have set aside new seeds and the new seeds end up being bigger than the seedlings you have now. So the new seeds over past the seedlings which wasted time in trying to recover them.

They are having all kinds of issues.... there stems are not supossed to be purple like that.

WHat is FFHF fox farm HF?

If you want to toss them but I would at least try to save the ones that are not affected the most; I know they look all the same but there are some in there that looks like it has more vigor then the rest. Pick the strongest ones and toss the rest if you want to get rid of them.

Reason why I said a spoon is so it would hold the small tap root not to mention you don't want to take the whole cup out just take a small amount around the roots.

Anytime thats what we are all here for, helping out others in need :)

Pretty much the soil is to rich for them... I always use seed starter mixture when growing out seedlings and then transplant them into a mixture after 2 1/2 weeks.
