Afghani from HGF are a fine Plant. HGF is one of my favorite Seedbank very nice strains and no Problems at all.
Try Fantasy ( Afghan x WW ) the best weed i ever smoked.

Most afghans will run between 50-70 days 12/12 just pick one of the ones mentioned. Someone elses harvest time may be different than what yours will be since your growing outdoors. All afghans should be short flowering as they are a mostly indica variety, I doubt any will grow longer than 70 days 12/12. Good luck choosing one.

The Afghan x WW takes between 56- 65 days. its my 3th round with this strain,germination are fine ca 80 % and female rate is mostly the same 50- 70 %.
its a top plant from HGF,
if you like HGF try this strains,you will like it

I had some HGF Afghani. Most of them died due to low temps, but I got 2 very skunky purple males out of the pack. This thread makes me want to give 'em another whirl!

Eh? Where did you get that information from? I would say it's probably the other way around. Homegrown Fantaseeds hold on to some old and fine Positronics genetics, such as Original Misty, K2 and Citral. Where do you think Nirvana got their Misty, K2 and Citral knock-offs from? It's not like THEY developed them (lol)...

i've grown out and smoked HGF's afghani #1, it grew pretty well, was robust, had a perfume type of smell & flavor ... they went hermie late in flower and i had to spend a considerable amount of time picking off male flowers from beutiful female buds ... this was the only strain that has ever done that do me, and for that reason it was not kept around .. i think i still have some shots

I grew HGF afghani this year. Also grew annaC's Montel's Pride and KC Brains Mango. Afghani was easily the first one ready. All 10 seeds popped within 24 hours. I made the mistake of planting the seeds in a 72 cell flat. The afghani had a very long tap root when I transplanted. Next time I plan on using a tall, thin pot (empty 1/2 L water bottle). I live in SE USA - afghani males flowered very early - had four males I think. Plant in ground did okay - ready in mid-Aug from April planting. Plants in large pots did better - larger(much better soil), ready at end of August. Ferted with brew of bat guano, Pure Blend Bloom and molasses. Very tasty bud.
