Can anyone here answer these questions that are bothering me?

Hi all,
I just signed up here to ask a few questions. Hope you don't mind answering what you can, but with some sense please..

1- Why do I enjoy daily activities way more when I'm buzzed than I'm not?
2- Why do I feel more calm when speaking with people and answer in so much sense and quick responses that even my dentist/mechanic/manager all told me at one point during our conversations "you are really smart" about stuff that I'm not familiar with at all?
3- Why do I become more gentle and caring about my family / friends when I'm buzzed? Why do I do things that surprise and make them happy? Why do I fit in with people better?

Once you guys answer these, the MOST IMPORTANT and my last question is this...

So when MARIJUANA seems to make everything right( as you see from my questions), why am I still feeling that I'm doing a bad thing every time before smoking and how to get over this?

Thanks all.
Hope you have a great one!

1) 'cause weed makes ya happy.

2) 'cause weed makes relaxes the mind.

3) 'cause weed generally makes ya mellow and friendly.

4) 'cause weed sometimes makes ya paranoid.

5) find the proper strains that don't cause you to feel paranoid.

I was just thinking this. I actually wrote a list of reasons why it helps me. #1 was, "It makes me feel like myself." The guilt comes from being conditioned to think about cannabis in a negative way. Propaganda. It's only been considered bad for the past 80-ish years. It used to be medicine. Then racist men from Big Newspaper decided to hire a public relations firm to help stereotype it with Mexicans & black people. Also, Big Newspaper didn't want anyone using it to make cheap, easy paper, as that would invite anyone to become a competitor. Besides, there were plenty of trees that worked just great. They called up their good Uncle Sam & asked him to join them. So that happened. Then the smelly hippies didn't help the cause. It's hard to take someone seriously when they loudly declare deodorant to be an agent of The Man. The campaign was a success & it brought in tons of money for The War." Later, Nancy Reagan lumped a list of some drugs together & inserted it into the public consciousness as, "Just say no." Parents & kids came to learn that drugs are bad, mmmkay. Next, those kids grew up. They noticed the hippies were living longer than most. Nobody they knew really ever had problems with cannabis. They were lied to for their entire lives. People they knew were in jail for growing dioecious annuals. Something was wrong. The movement picked up steam. Yadda, yadda, yadda... Here we are today.
You are feeling the residual effects from being in the matrix for so long. It is learned guilt. Lots of us struggle with it to varying extents. You could move to California. It is accepted and tolerated. You might not smoke it at work, but they don't care about what you do with your spare time. Maybe you need to tell your parents or someone else you respect, and for them to accept it even though it could be a challenge.

I know where you coming from

there was this guy people would laugh at when I was much younger

he would hang out at the skate park and he'd say ;
I really like smoking but at the same time it doesn't make me feel good

why smoke then right ? catch 22

I find the same thing and that is why I smoke less. When I have enough cash to take a deep breathe and view life a little differently, I'll smoke more and smell the roses.

But right now I live in a country with rising income disparity, a true eat and shit and die or live like a king country (US). So fuck that OP, unless you're ballin' already I'd suggest espresso and long work days.. different strokes tho..

i find that i have an inborn impatience that makes me not enjoy things as much as when i'm high. weed takes away my impatience and lets me enjoy such things as chores around the house instead of doing them as fast as possible just to be done.

I will speculate that your body is lacking in the endogenous cannabinoids that would make you function optimally. Smoking cannabis fills this void for you and allows you to feel the way you should.

If gardening is one of the daily activities you enjoy more when buzzed it's because the plant has gotcha. In their early evolutionary history/interactions with humans, some cannabis plants had a chemical profile that when ingested by humans made those people feel greater enjoyment when taking care of plants. And so plants with genes to express this trait received better care when their keepers got buzzed. These plants did better and had greater success in reproducing and spreading their genes. So over time the genes that make people want to care for plants became predominant in the population of cannabis cultivars. For me, if I have to work in the garden straight it just isn't the same. That's the time I miss my smoke the most. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

answer to the first three questions: passion, the herb allows (encourages) passion for life.

answer to the last question: are you catholic? just say no to guilt. (i did).
