Can anyone help me with their opinion?

Hey guys,

I've got some clones I was given and it's been a while since I've grown so I'm a bit hazy about everything. I do remember this site being super helpful so what up dudes.

So I've got these two Girl Scout Cookie clones. Idk how to upload on my phone so they'll be up shortly. And I've got a Durban Poison and some unnamed sativa that takes about 16 weeks to flower.

I bought these two local fertilizers out here in Hawaii and wanted to know what anyone thought for a simple feeding recipe using the two and if there's anything else you'd suggest. I'll also be using molasses, but no plans to use any other ferts. Again, pictures up in a sec. Literally haha

The bloodmeal is pretty obvious where the source of the nutrients come from and is listed as 13-0-0.

The other, I'm not too sure what the source is. It's just perlite looking rocks with not much info besides what elements are in there. This is listed as 10-20-20.

If anyone can help me out on the best way you think I should use these, I'd be super stoked! I tried just using a super small amount of the bloodmeal on top of the soil but it minor burned a couple. Sativa took it well though.

Thanks for any help!!!!

The easiest way is to use bottled nutrients. I would think the native soil in Hawaii be decent.most of the bonemeal and the like are soil amendments not stand alone fertilizers.

I'm not a fan of bottle nutrients. I used them back when I first started and remember salt build up being a huge thing so I switched to bat guano. The store by my place doesn't have the guano I use to use so I just got these nutes. They definitely sell bloodmeal, bonemeal, etc by itself. The soil is good, but I live on a bunch of lava rock so we use black gold as our potting mix. Once those nutrients are used they'd have to be replaced with something.

Sounds like you put the cart before the horse. You have clones, but no nutrients. You don't want to use bottled nutrients, but you didn't amend your soil properly. That should have been done way before you got clones if you are going the organic route.

There is nothing wrong with bottled nutes. In your case, Packerfan is correct, bottled nutes would be your best option.

Ther are some awesome soil recipes here on the mag. I don't know what you have access to on the islands.

I was given clones. I'm just asking about recipes using the ferts I have. The clones are good to go in their pots they were given to me in for another month. I'm about to prep my soil for my bigger pots soon, which is why I'm asking. So if you could help instead of criticize that'd be cool. And I'm not using bottled nutrients so just rule that out.

And thanks packerfan I'll look into it. I'm not sure what I have access to either but I guess I could be straight and ask the person at the store.
