If i were in the market for a new digi cam, what types of features am i looking for in a new digicam?????I using an old 3 megapixel canon. It takes good shots, but lacks storage(uses old flash card)

You want a camera with Macro, at least 5mp,and like5x optical zoom ( not just digi zoom) they go from around $200 to 300 for 1 that will work great. I have a $400 Ricoh R4 with 6mp and 7x optical, 3.5 digi zoom
