Calling all OMMP outdoor growers

We need to keep each other informed. There is so many new things coming into our growing world thats pretty much laid dormant for the past decade. New plant numbers, property restrictions, home inspections, etc.

Some of the laws being considered would put an end to a vast majority of growers. I just saw that for the 2016 season, Jackson county is trying to make it illegal to have a garden within 250 feet of ANY ONE DIRECTION OF YOUR PROPERTY LINE. Even with rural residential zoning. This isn't something I heard from a neighbor or a friend of a friend. I saw the paperwork today.

Our county just outlawed anything recreational (commercial) but haven't heard of counties putting restrictions on medical.

I've got a buddy in gp dealing with the county. Seems like all they have done is mess with medical when the law that was voted in stated it would not mess with medical. My bro has invited me to rock a property with him this year...I'm not sure it's a good idea though..

Seems the coast is clear down here for now..but who knows. Do you know what they're messing with him over? I've been checking up on all the laws weekly. I'd have to say josephine, out of all of them, still looks the most promising. I've pretty much shut down all my expansion plans and cancelled my winter GH build because I didn't want to invest and not be able to use it for the future.

I've been reading up on fruit tree farming lately lol.

The new grandfather law. This paperwork needs to be recorded with ommp by march 1st if you want to keep your old numbers. Otherwise it'll be set to 48 plant max and you cant go up from there.
