i was wondering about liquid Pollination
does it work with any genetics? does it decimate the sucess heavily? I want to do it with longflowering satties

Thank you for your questions. That is really interesting. At the moment I can’t say if it’s work. But I recognize after all wet pollination attempts that the pistils turned brown and die like they did if I do it conventional. Tomorrow I will harvest the DelaUel maybe I will look into a few pollinated buds :)

Calle Minogue . I hope you can make it happen. I always wanted to know how save it is to say: it works.

I researched it, and infact some people managed to do it! But for some did not work .
so i hope you can make notes of yor processes, cause it would lead me to do it myselve , IF we find out what is the reason behind such mixed results.

(cause not many can risk a whole season to experiments)

Hey Herbi nice to see you here as well. For you I have always space or i will make some :)

Yeah I am looking forward to Test the DelaUel and the other strains as well. Especially the Nepali.

What about your Nepali grow?

Thanks for the warm welcome mate! Which Nepali grow are you talking about? 😇;)

romanoweed this "wet" pollination method was mentioned by an experienced german grower/breeder in the forum there a couple of years ago. It was brought up again in some discussion more recently and since some guys have started giving it a shot, with success. That's why you see zee Germans doing it :D
I'm going to give it a try in my current indoor run. Some landraces are just too fertile for targeted pollination of just one branch with dry pollen and a brush. Slightly wrong air movement in your pollination location of choice and you get 100 seeds extra by one swipe of the paint brush haha!

if you would find agian this German i definitly would bother to ask him out

Not sure if he's on here. He was also busy recently, just sporadically coming online. He said you have to be really quick. Once the pollen gets wet you have to apply it immediately. Meaning within a couple of minutes, not a joint later :D

Then try nextime a Qtip. My experience: Less collateral seeds then with a brush.

Works well for me.

After checking the C99x Chronik I decide to harvest her as well due to beginning of several mold.
Really crazy sticky and stinky pinneaple buds. Can’t wait to try her :)

It's a great feeling when you get some indoors and haging up.

Sorry to hear about the mold. I have a product, BOTRYProt (EM) by Prot eco, that supposidly stops Botrytis as well as being a preventative. In truth I haven't used it and have it "in case" for later in the season.

I gave them few times horsetail extract but after nearly 4 weeks of rain I am not wondering about mold. Here you can see our tomato’s for excample.

Nepali shows a perfect mold resistant she stands since 4 weeks complete wet and I can’t find some mold till yet. I will harvest her on Friday.

Nice looking strain 👍
I like the sound of kiwi smell, can't say I have experienced that.
Do you move your plants under shelter or something in the rain?
10% isn't too bad. Only problem is now you have to dry it faster which leads to an inferior smoke imo. In this situation I will dry with a dehumidifier until it has lost enough moisture so mold won't continue and then slow the process down to give the longer cure.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Much appreciated! I try my testbud of the DelaUel and I am still stunning. Really strong and longlasting high. Can’t wait to test it after few weeks of curing!

I always dry at the Same Setting at the rooftop where the heating is located as well. Mostly between 5-7 days it’s ready for the Glas. Then I store it for 3 month at 61-63%. How long do you cure it?

Well I like the actual drying time to take 3 to 4 weeks. With smaller plants I hang whole plants and big plants whole branches. When dried slow on branches you give plenty of time for the chorophyll to break down. Once it is dry there is no more removing chorophyll. Once it is dry this way it is dry. No need for a sweat. The stalk is not holding any moisture. Trick is to hand trim when the bud is barely just spongy but leaves are crispy. If you get the timing right it's super fast trimming.
From there I will only worry about burping jars for a month. By then it is full flavor.

Yes I complete understand what you mean and Ivan familiar with the process of destroying chlorophyll. But my setting make it not possible to dry it sllower. Maybe one time I can arrange it and give it a try :)
I had always success with my method and all my mates love my old jars with the cured stuff. I want to try the cob Malawi method eventually this yes Idk yet.

But I know that I will harvest on Friday this beautiful small plant. Baglung Nepali
Last Four weeks we had Weather like monsoon and the Nepali don’t care about. No mold but lots of resin
and a fruity hash smell.

I totally remembered and understand after I wrote that about limited space in Europe. Here I have the luxury of a shop area of 30m square with 4m ceilings that I can leave them in to my luxury. I live in the bush with lots of land and space for shit.
That Nepali sure seems like a good outdoor strain 👍
