That's right, if you don't vote for these crooks, you will get worse crooks! So vote for the retard that will have the feds take guns away from med pot users or shut down the dispensaries.
Some people are just followers of the liberal dogma, which is not liberal. Obama is a crook with an agenda. He will take down anyone to win the next election, including the people who apologize for him. Yep, vote for Obama 2012 and support the drug war! We may have another four of Obummer, but he is so unpopular, it is quite possible that the next clan of drug war whore will take the title from him. Either way it will be an assault on personal rights. But go vote for your hero if it makes you happy. Most of us are laughing at you. What kind of placebo rush do you get when you see Obama on TV? Not to turn this discussion solely in the political direction, but Obama represents the International Owning class / multi-national corporations first, before looking after national sovereignty or state representation just like with Bush.
Clinton passed Nafta, which exploited much of South america, Bush extended it with Cafta (the level of exploitation increased many fold), and now Obama is pushing for FTAA which would extend these same policies of Corporations creating the laws of the land in closed door meetings (research NAFTA, CAFTA) now FTAA would be across the whole American hemisphere. These International Corporate Lobbied Politicians are leapfrogging over each other with the same international policies, while disagreeing on things only certain domestic issues like gay marriage etc..\ and ignoring things that directly have to do with the corruption in this country.
I'm completely outspoken about the corruption of Bush as well - but Obama even helped the elite extend the war many years beyond bush's 2014 exit date.
It's a sad reality, but it is true. In 1994, it The global owning class moved $7 Trillion a DAY in goods, stocks, put options etc. where all small business world wide not owned by multinational direct investing - only moved $4 Trillion a YEAR not a DAY. This international owning class who also controls NAFTA, CAFTA and now much of the EU Lisbon Treaty laws can invest and control national laws almost anywhere in the world while not living in the same nations where their exploitations are felt. They move over $2,000 Trillion more dollars a year than all small businesses world wide, so the political elite who are presented as nominations for president protect the international spectrum first, even when it hurts nation-states, sovereignty or self determination.
American Politics is stuck in a left vs right paradigm that should in theory be providing different solutions to specific problems, but in reality just uses the tension between the two party to justify why one side had to give in and sell out. As they do back and forth. It's time to face reality, with Obama doing the same Banker bailouts as bush, extending our wars into Libya, Pakistan and other areas, attempting to take down the medical cannabis community again protecting the international pharmaceutical companies, just like he did with the banks over the people, just as bush did and would do in this same case.
People need to wake up and demand sovereign self-determination of the will of the people and demand that the will of the people be heard regardless of which party is in office. And if your only philosophy in politics is to blindly cheerlead either the left or right without waking up to the corruption on both sides - how can you not see how you are being thrown in a paradigm of limited option. Limited Options specifically to achieve limited choices for outcomes.....
The will of the people in California is to allow medical dispensaries and medical issues are to be handled by the State not Federal Government.

Although if Mccain was in office, obviously the same thing would have been setup with the war - this is the point. It's simple divide and conquer - the democrats just wants to prevent republicans from getting in and republicans just want to block democrats from getting in - when both parties are involved in the same corruption and carrying out the same international policy. Having the mentality be only about getting a party out and another in, is blind to the presence of the corruption on both parties, and ultimately prevents the nation from truly unifying against the corruption on both sides.

Sorry it sounded like you said that medical issues are to be handled by the State not Federal Government. That would be an outright lie meant to make medical marijuana seem legal somehow. It is not. Marijuana is a Schedule 1 substance with no accepted medical value. This has been and is determined by the Federal Government.

Medical users don't want people who don't have medical cards arrested. Most of us think it should be available to everybody, ya know, decriminalized? I persanally don't wish for anyone to get hurt for using the plants.
