Trainwreck =)

Me oh my.. some fun trainwreck facts..

I grew up smoking trainwreck.. it's the most unique smelling and tasting bud you will ever come across.. I had someone tell me they had a half of it and when I showed up at their house and smelled it.. I didnt want it because I knew it wasnt the wreck..

There is an all indica version you can only find in the bay area called Cave, I don't know what the cross is I know it was started in a cave where the soil naturally contained a whole lot of bat guano..

Im thinking the original has to be a diesel cross of some sort somewhere done the lineage.. It is a high yeilder but the buds never seem to fill out completely.. fairly lanky but huge resin content so it doesnt matter.. It is so abundant in humboldt county it goes for 2 grand an elbow because people are so tired of it.. maybe due to the tolerance thing.. the hot item in humboldt right now is OG kush.. racking in about 44 / p

I heard of a strain called Cave, but I never got a chance to sample it. I figured it was just a normal seed strain someone gave a funky name to so that it would sell. But they did say it was related to Trainwreck, so that's kind of odd. So there could be truth to it. Anyways, I doubt the myth is true of it first grown in a cave. Last time I checked caves were pretty dark lol. Anyways, I'm still looking for a Trainwreck cut - I don't think I'll ever find one that's the real deal around here.

no way. I just got a cave cutting. These things are beasts. big stalky clones with hugh root system. All the guy could tell me was that it was a minty afghani cross from somewhere in lake county who he guessed was eddy lepp. Now it could be a indica tw. Interesting
