BY THE WAY!!

BY THE WAY!!

I use 3 t50 1 30,000lum/320watts, 2 20,000lum/220 watts total 760 watts for 70,000 direct light lumens..........I know that there expensive but i got hooked up cheap from someone else who needed cash at the time so lucky me..... I live in a very hot place, and have had rooms get up to a 100degr........ environment start's to become your #1 priorty when this happens, and with HO fluro's it doesnt get hot "AT All"....1000watts better for price but in your situation you must adapt...."I have no more replaceable costs on my lighting equipment" is something to look forward too price wise.

Upper NorCal checking in. My outdoor grow is doing very well, some strains better than others though.

The "Dutch Passion" Mazars are loving this hot weather and considering their genetic background it's not a surprise. Bushy and short(under 5 feet) with many branches these are the best of the lot, I'd grow them again just for how easy they are to take care of.
The "Who's yer Daddy?" from DNA are doing quite well but are somewhat of a question-mark as the father is all guesswork. I think I'm looking at the "Apollo 11" or the "Warlock" as the daddy
but I'll wait until flowing to make that determination. One of the WYD's is a monster shrub and should produce very well indeed.
The BOG's "Lifesaver" has been a disappointment for me(and I stress the word ME) as it doesn't seem to like the great outdoors as much as my other plants. Of the 12 seeds I sprouted, I gave 4 away to friends to grow, leaving me with 8. Of the remaining 8, four turned out to be male, one was a runt, one had seriously twisted leaves(and still does) with very little branching. I've got two that look OK but nothing like my other ones. Perhaps there are seeds that just do better indoors and that seems to be my case here. No axe to grind though, it's all good:D

Cool and interesting subject you hit upon KGb47,
About the BogLifesaver not doing well outside. Man
I'm so tempted to take at least one of my plants outside
for some sunshine. It be a heatwave around here. Can't wait
for some cooler weather. :)

Wonder what strains do best outdoors and indoors, ?

With the West LA fadeaway i've got the following currently vegging:

A Purple Kush cross (unkown father so we call it Winterbush) from seed
A S.A.G.E. from clone (the mom is over 4 years old)
An O.G. Kush from clone (yes it's the real OG)
A RezDog Willy D from clone (Williams Wonder x NYCD)
A Trainwreck clone (also real)
A MK Ultra from seed
A JLP Ultimate Moonshine from seed (just sexed this one yesterday)
4 MiniKush sprouts I am testing for SD

I also started a Master Kush and a Who's your Daddy but they are males (if any so cal breeder wants them pm me), they are the 2 neglected runts in the corner of the photo.

Next round after this is gonna be nuts: C99 x Haze, Bubba Kush, Blueberry Haze, Lemon Kush, Golden Skush, and maybe some POK Kush x A-Dam Flame.

Here's a group shot:

Check my gallery here for individual shots and my OG gallery for my last Purple Kush run.

Robhpx13: what do I use?

Soil: all organic soil and nutes. Whitney Farms soil, lots of added perlite and vermiculite. Worm castings, High-N bat guano, bone and blood meal all just to encourage bioactivity in the soil, not really as nutes. For nutes I use fish emulsion (or water from my fishtank) in veg and Pure Blend Pro Bloom for soil in flowering. Small amounts of Nitrozyme, Liquid Karma, EJ microblast and catalyst throughout the grow. PK 13/14 as directed towards the end of flowering.

Main room: 400w HPS
Clone/seedling box with 200w of compact flouros
I'm building a mothering room with a total of 12 4ft flouro's.

As far as which bubba kush, I dont know. All I know is a friend was growing some from norcal and he didnt see when it threw a banana and pollinated a small branch. Ended up with 7 seeds of which 4 look very viable (only one looks un-germable). s1 bubba's are better than no bubba's at all right?

Wow! Kinda funny how we all live in one of the best states to grow in (although its been kinda warm this year;) ), and most of us are indoor growers. Go figure! Me being in the heart of the city, its kinda hard to find an outdoor spot, knowhatImean?? ;) Great plants, all! I recived some of GNO3 Golden Skush through seedsdirect $100 freebie special. Those are next, and probably gonna try some Mazar, although Im more of an Indica fan. Great to see we have so many west coast greenthumbs here! Anyone from Oregon or Washington out there? Have a great day, all!! :D L.V.
