For all you So Cal outdoor growers: now that our plants are starting to flower, how often are you guys watering with this hot weather? During veg, I was watering twice a week but read that once plants start flowering, they need to be watered more often.
Its supposed to be in the 90's where I'm at. Thanks for any advice.

nice line up of genetics Est1977

my buddy just brought back some bubba x og and was supposed to stop by and puff a few down last night but musta passed out.

i cant wait to see you grow some out :D

in the garden i have 818 og, purple kush(original), strawberry kush, and hindu kush x skunk from SR71, should be pretty interesting to see how they do outside.

have you run across any cotton candy kush? (cotton candy x bubba kush) < from my understanding...

that has gotta be some of my all time favorite smoke.

anyways catch you later and cant wait to see pictures.

also Emmy lookin forward to you pictures as well.

3Finglid- you might have to water more PER watering ... soak them with more volume of water if you dont want to water more times per week.

either way your plants will let you know what they want.

Catch you guys later on.

hey boys

nice pics. dimebag youre awesome. those outdoor plants are beauties, large and incharge. outdoor growers are so fukin lucky. plannin on buyin a house sometime next year then its outdoors for me, cept my winter grow. also gonna go get my med card.

1977: gifted seeds are a blessing. i bought some seeds for my first grow, NL #5 from bcsc and the final product is inferior as hell. my mentor, another calihead, gifted me the aww xssh, which will be a kick ass strain i dont ever plan on buying seeds again.

luck is on my side, for now lol

Hope you Gals are having a great week, i have really been enjoying some mild weather, its just perfect for tending to the garden.

Emmy- i would highly suggest getting your medical paper work taken care of with a doctor in your area, its good to have a nice file of medical history or complaints to bring them.

Best wishes finding a house as well, its very fulfilling to grow outside, very nice working with mother nature.

Est1977- cotton candy kush is definitely a favorite of mine, she has a nice kick and a very pleasant lingering after taste.

other than that i would have to say some of the more exotic tasting and still potent strains that i can think of in the past bit i have enjoyed would definitely be Banana Diesel, Banana Kush, and for that matter just banana :D

i have a grapefruit in the garden, and when i give her stems a slight twist she really puts off the pleasant sweet aroma.

My buddy was kind enough to drop me off some OG x Bubba which was from hollywood, it does the trick for me in the evening and really drops my eye lids after some nice puffin.

couple cotton candy kush nugs that i had in gallery^ :joint:

just a picture from earlier this summer that i found to be really beautiful, always like keeping the camera on me for when i come across nice plants in nature to photograph like this mimosa tree.

hey kali brothers and sisters

DB: i ve been on paxil for five years so i have my medical history down but now i wanna make the "switch" from paxil to mj. even though i dont yet have a med card the only way i could get busted is if i foolishly told peeps that im growing. but im not foolish and im not lookin to get busted so i keep it all to myself. its the only way to grow.

two days after i planted one its broken through the soil. high five!!

Hope you can get off your medication and be able to find the strain you need to best benefit you. after a few surgeries a few years ago i had to be on some pills myself and man am i glad to not have to be on any pharma meds.

thats great to hear about your quick seedlings, its always nice to have them pop right out after planting them.

>>

I just got back from tending to my special lil ladies and man are they smelling nice. I really enjoy getting the more faint undertone smells that they put off, always a nice preview of what is to come.

Im just about ready to pack one up and do a little browsing through the forums, hope you guys are having a great day and i will be talking to you guys next time you stop in here.

Edit: a lil greenery for the page, the tall bush behind the chair is an 818 og kush, bout 6x6x6 should be interesting to see how she does.

nice lookin plants Tester, seeing some very nice color coming off those colas, and very trichome covered to boot :joint:

looks like you have a very fine room running, also do you happen to have any close up pictures of your buds?

would also be interesting to hear what strains you are running.

Keep it green and sticky

Jamrock- you could put some plants out early sept. if they were already established and ready to go, they would start flowering so it would be kind of pointless to put small clones out... wouldnt get much off them...

but if you happen to have some decent sized plants i would put them out for sure.

Hope you guys are having a good week, catch you all later

oh dime you make my little grow look ridiculous haha. youre too ****in lucky guy. also thanks for the props. i had a little bit o trouble getting started with peat pellets. my soil is a little too rich for these seedlings so i tried the peat pellets. damn i almost lost one of the seedlings cause the pellet dried out too fast. rookie mistake. got it under control now and things are lookin super duper. i am jealous though. i wish i could keep it green like u.
