C99 Tastes !?

The original Bro Grimm seeds wouldnt be considered true f1. Maybe bx`s or cubed? I just posted my new pics in the flower pics. Alot of people had this c99 cut at one time. People either lost it or disappeared and there was only one person left with it. We were about to fly and get it because he suffers from extreme paro and couldnt send it. He finally broke down and helped us out. I hope everyone here can find a cut like this. Smell is like opening a new can of Orange Tang with a hint of pineapple. Taste is very citrus. High is racey but level.

You´re right. As far as i know the C99 is the fourth backcrossed Generation of Princess.
I´m calling it F1 because of the people selling F2´s supposedly made from Grimmbros Seedplant.

My Wallyduck's C99 (ibl?) were all with pineapple smell and taste, noone with grapefruit...3 mothers, 2dads , a lot of F2(?) have been tested now and allways pineapple, just like the clone you can find .

I grew the brothers grim version, it was very pineapple and very racy, lots of people got paranoid from it.

I have 3 of Heads Bx1.

Nothing close to Pineapple. or Grapefruit.

2 girls, I would call maybe tropical fruity - and 1 that is very different. I haven't been able to nail the "tastes or smells like", neither have most who have tried he, but one came back, Gardinia, floral Funk. - with an accent on the funk.

All I gotta say is - if that's "Gardinia" - I'll take a truckload.

I like the results, but my pack of Heads BX, didn't yeild anything concidered "A-typical" of C99. But I also harvest in the 70-85 days range.


I nabbed a pack of Gypsy's BX recently. I'll look forward to running those.


soooo - I gotta ask, is DG's and Gypsey's C99bx the same, or are they different?

The c99 I've tried was pineapple, but had a peppery aftertaste.

Do they all have that peppery aftertaste?

I had a "cat piss" pheno in my BG pack that was really trippy...it smelled more like tom cat piss in the jar than anything else I could think of, but it tasted really hashy/sweet; the other females I got were all grapefruit/citrus smelling and tasting.

I just popped some Fairlight C99 a couple days ago and Honkytonk and some others have had some really good luck with it. All the pic's I've seen look like the real deal and the smoke descriptions sound right on from what I remember....although it's been a few years

Here's to some grapefruity goodness in a couple months!

Fairlights C99 was bomb, nice sativa high and finished real quick under the 150w...Mine was on the hazy side smell wise. I bought another pack to see if theres something special.

I've got one Gn Collection C99 female and one male almost done collecting pollen from the male .The female is to be put into flower soon see what she does Ill report back on flavor. She has sativa leaning fans and is throwing pistols like a spark.
