ACTUALLY.....
Most products sold are .01, .001, .0001 % IBA. Green Lite was .10, by far was the strongest out...
Looks like Miracle Grow is the same strength...
Not at all, you got some bad information somewhere. .1%, .3% and .8% are the common strengths for IBA products in horticultural circles, and .1% is intended for the leafiest, thin-stemmed plants (which generally is appropriate for cannabis) and completely common. Here's a couple of the stronger concentrations, available on Amazon:

..and some non-Amazon sources, if folks want to avoid the big boys:

https://hydroponics.com/shop/stim-root-powder-1-2-3-rooting-hormone/
If there are brands selling rooting hormone with less than .1% IBA that's a pretty good indication of an overall brand to avoid, since the stuff isn't exactly gold, and diluting the IBA to 1/10th or 1/100th strength isn't helping anybody.
..and to anybody thinking that 'more is better', do NOT buy .8% IBA to clone your cannabis plants, it's probably just as likely to turn the stems into mush. All rooting hormones mess are messing with the plant's natural growth cycle and that early root growth doesn't come without a cost...the increased energy to rooting can cause a decrease in energy sent to leaves and stems, which isn't always necessarily a bad thing, but increasing the percentage of IBA is only going to throw things off further, and the .3 and .8 stuff isn't meant for leafy plants like cannabis, though the .3% stuff might be worth trying with plants that are especially hard to root.
