Buying Seeds on eBay?

I just searched on eBay using the search terms 'cannabis seeds', and I got over 300 hits! Over 250 were from sellers in the US. So I"m wondering if anybody on here has bought any beans this way, and if so, how's it working out? Looks like a total crap shoot to me.

I think they're from China. Still, I'd be tempted growing a couple from each vendor in case one is a rare thc chinese strain.

If Cheech and Chong can try a sock, I'm up for trying chinese seeds.

a lot of seeds available in original packaging from a lot of vendors ,
seems ebay is a new place to sell for a lot of shops , especially in Europe .

They've been selling weed seeds on eBay for ever. They get away with it as listing it as fishing bait, bird seed or hemp seeds.

They had some 'Acapulco Gold' on there a while back. I almost bought them. They list under some other title than marijuana or cannabis seeds. If you search by the strain name, that would work better I think. Not gonna buy anything myself.
