Busted with 8 ounces.

Boy do I hate the police. Was driving to Kelowna and got pulled over by a road check. Cops smelled the herb we were smoking and did a search.

Cops found half a pound of Blue Satellite in the back.

After a bit of sweet talking and ass kissing I drove away weighing 8 ounces less and $600 dollars poorer than I did when they pulled me over.

I have 30 days to pay my fine.

Assholes.

The entire point is you're NOT supposed to know. Smoking while carrying or transporting any type of quantity is just simply announcing "Here's probable cause, we're dumb as fuck, now please take our shit......."

A little common sense and you'd still have your 8 ounces. I can't pity the stupid, sorry. Won't happen next time I bet..... this sting should be enough to remind you. Hopefully.

I am out on the west coast and the laws are laxed here too. I am legit so they can`t fuck with me. But I have got pulled over before I was legit,smoking a fatty. State patrol never even mentioned the smell. Just told me to get my left brake light fixed(which I did not know was out) I had previously been smoking a fat blunt when he hit his lights. I put it out as I was getting pulled over. That and a couple other times where they made no mention. Only one time has a cop made mention of weed and that was back in 92

Ha ha ha, really man; there are so many people on this site........that would be in jail dressed in BRIGHT ORANGE!

In my location, it would be well below a felony charge.....but not that many grams from a pretty harsh crime. It's wild how things go from a month in jail and maybe some probation to a year in prison....maybe six months, probably in jail while waiting for the courts slow fat asses and then some probation.......probably taking so damn long (up to five years but probably one or two, six months if your a lucky hard ass negotiator, so they can threaten that other six months.

Anymore, I'm going to threaten a jury trial with dirty city secrets....things about people that don't look good as even mild suggestions...let alone facts!

Road blocks are VERY common on any of those major routes whether it be the sea the sky or the coquihalla or whatever. Sucks that you got pinched but damn all they did was take your weed and give you a fine? I thought the rule was anything over an OZ was considered criminal here in BC. You should be happy to have gotten some laid back cops as getting caught by a douchebag cop with a half-pound could lead to some more serious complications.
