Busted In Maine

Have police reports now . Not saying too much here now until court is done. Im still breathing free air and have not been told "Im under arrest" . I am on a bail bond though which was very odd so I would have to say that technically ive been arrested ? I can say the cops lied on police report in regards to what I said to them . I have a status conference on tuesday but have had no offer from DA as of yet ? Will keep posting as long as Im free to let you all know how this all goes down !

I would want it reduced to a misdemeanor if it was me. Might still follow you as a felony reduced. Might put it off for a long while and have it weighed and tested for THC by an independent lab, that 4 years shit is pie in the sky bullshit. A good lawyer might be able to strike it down. Make sure they produce the nark/snitches name. They have to I think...

the only evidance they can use is what is put in the propertyroom,they cant prove your were growing four years ago they just want you to admit it,then they need to prove nothing as they have your statement,if its not tangable evidance its not admitable,how does a tangable thing become no longer tangable ?there try to snare your by your own words

ok all the court bullshit is done now . I ended up with 14 days in jail and $3100 in fines and restitution . charges were dropped from felony to misdemeanor . Could have been better had I fought harder but could have gone the other way as well. All in all still pretty light compared to many other states. I go to jail in a week so will be gone for a couple after that. just want this all behind me as quick as possible. "live to fight another day"

Good job....could have got weekends...but hell, once it is over, it is over...one of the kids friends got it and I told him to pay off all the fines and as soon as he could apply to get off probation, have a lawyer do it....buttttttt....he didn't, got illegally searched and had a small bit in the glovebox and now it is going to cost him out the ass...he could have paid out for 1100...now the lawyer alone for the revocation is gonna be 3500...pay off the fine as soon as you have completed the other stuff...stay clean until...later...

Well I have 24 hours of freedom left . Im going out to dinner with my wife and then have to work tomorrow . Then between 4:30 and 5 pm I have to turn myself in for a 14 day stay . This is a crime against nobody and no person was harmed from what I did but still its labelled as a crime ? Ill be thinking of all my friends here while im twiddling my thumbs from boredom and reading books.

Ive done too much time. Grab a good book lay down and take a break from real life for a few weeks. Tell them you have a bad back, walk with a limp, and act confused.Youll get a bottom bunk, no work detail and put in with the old guys. Sharpen your chess game or learn pinochle. It will be over soon.

Well that was a long 2 weeks ! Actually 11 1/2 days , I read 2 books and watched alot of tv. The food sucked and not much of it. Then while in there I find out that the court fucked up my paper work and my misdemeanor became a felony again. Talked with my lawyer and he is sure he can get it fixed in a couple of days. But was informed that the fbi (which now has my records as Im a felon on paper) is not so easy to fix a lil fuck up like this. Wondering how buying any guns is gonna be for me ? Anyway Im home with my family and loving it . Now to get my med card and start growing again!
