Burnt yellow bottom leaves -- Am I over cautious?

Yeah, on the same website where I found out about my city's water hardness the values were:

120-125ppm or 8.6 grains per gallon

Interesting about the WW though. I've given her some more nutes & water since and she's looking a lot better... even the areas that I thought would be burn for good look like they are coming back nicely.

I have a question about the statement about multiplying hardness by 5 for ppm. I just got my water report the other day from the water company, and it says that my hardness is 9-12 grains per gallon. Assuming the high end of 12, that would put my ppm at 60. My Hanna indicates my tap water is at 445.

I by the way have the same issues with my White Widow, about 3 weeks older.

I would go buy my Hana over what ever my water company said or shows me as long as you have calibrated your Hanna your in good shape 445 that's about like using well water better invest in a R/O unit.
