Bulb recommendations anyone?

I'm in a 33x33x63 tent with a 250 Watt HPS, my bulb really needs replaced, but I'm not sure what go with. I'm in soil also.

I was thinking about a conversion bulb, but don't have any experience with them. Anyone have any recommendations?
