Building a 4k watt flower - Questions for the pros...

Thanks guys, my number one goal for this grow is no spider mites.. I will do anything feasibly possible to ensure that i dont have to deal with these things..
Some steps I will take to ensure success include
1) linoleum floor so i can hot water / bleach frequently.. My 3 or 5 gallon pots will have wheels on bottom of containers so i can move them around easily in the grow room and identify any problem before it becomes an issue. also ease of access in cleaning floor.
2) Wipe down all walls with bleach every week or 2.
3) Close up the Central air intake vent ( I don't believe I need this , correct me if i'm wrong)
4) Bomb in attic, crawl space under house, grow room, and living quarters in other part of house.
5) Floramite in early veg as a systematic way to ensure I have no problems.
6) Neem oil bi weekly as a preventitive through veg
If anyone has any other suggestions to ensure I don't have to deal with those fuckers , i'm all ears.. The reason I'm growing is so i dont have to buy smoke that people spray with chemicals up into the last weeks of flower. I'm an organic non chemical type person, so trying to avoid that bulllshit so i can thrive off my own flower

spider mites are easy to take care of...its the broad mites you gotta watch out for. no need to break out the floramite unless you visually see them. use organic stuff like SNS217 or neem as preventive, if you see them pop up then hit everything with Floramite usually works for me...i also have azamax and avid on hand as well. i like to do combo sprays so one bottle of pesticide will have 1ml Floramite and 5ml SNS217 and then next week azamax mixed with neem oil...etc
floramite? Avid? Please tell me you only clean your grow room inbetween grows with that shit.

you might think about pond liner instead of lino ..... its right around the same price as good lino but more water resistant . bring the pond liner 6 to 10" up the walls for a good leak proof seal .cover the walls & cieling in panda film , seal up every seam & no bugs are getting in unless YOU bring them in .
the sizzle of floramite haha you are comedic...none of my buds have floramite or avid sprayed on them and none of them are ending up your way
im not some triad cash cropping grower. i never spray my flower rooms with either floramite or avid I DID NOT TELL HIM TO DO SO....they get hit when they are tiny 1 foot plants in beer cups in a seperate room and then get moved on and finish their veg in a clean flower room since i dont do perpetual...my plants are clean if they happen to get mites or mold they are chopped early and i make honey oil (i guess smokin all the butane residue is healthy too huh)...

I'm thinking of mylaring the 4 walls .. What do you guys think would be my best bet..? any suggestions appreciated.
.. Do you think my light foot print will be big enough ? About 100 sq ft 4 lights.. or should i bring the reflection in closer to the light stamp

k just checkin. you made it sound like they were safe to use.. yea if you use too much floramite it makes it sizzle but you wont notice if its rolled up its gotta be in a bong or a pipe. also just makin sure you knew how to use the shit cuz some shops are tellin people avid and flora are safe to use up to 6 weeks in flowering :| and the way you originally described it made it sound like you used them often

some exhaust bakside pic from in the closet.. 2 500 CFM 6" exhaust fans insulated to a junction Y
getting close.. gonna put the floor in last.. I mounted 2 wall fans ran the ducting mounted the exhaust fans to their own rig so they could sit horizontal on the closet opening headed to attic.
tommorow i gotta paint all the walls a flat white, install a new door, build an anti chamber with a zipper and 2x4 frame that i can ensure bugs dont enter, and i'm almost ready to go.. getting 30 trainwreck rooted clones tommorow

The exhaust fan pulls some serious cfm so i'll run a controller for each since i dont want my AC working overtime.

Is your wall banger a/c unit equipped with 'auto-restart" ?....Hope so , cuz if if power failure occurs .....
The lights `ll come back on but the a/c won`t without auto re-start , so stay on top of it if it doesn`t....

If at all possible, I would put those ballasts outside the room.
