Also all 3 Purple Kush clones rooted so one of them will be going in the flower tent very soon hopefully.

And I am germing a RP Purple Wreck fem (Purple Urkel x Trainwreck) just for the hell of it going to be 12/12 from seed in a tiny airpot. I never have attempted 12/12 from seed so it will be an experiment.

Also I have atleast 1 male of the 3 seeds started this round so the sog is down to 9 plants again I am shooting for 12 minimum and 15 max in stuffed 1/2 gallon bags.

Will be putting in the Purple Wreck (PW) to make 10 and I have 3 rooted Purple Kush (PK) to throw 1 or 2 of them into the sog and have a cut of lavender, jack creek, platinum, and sugar I am attempting to root right now which any of those that root will be tossed in the sog right away as soon as possible.

I just started as many as were ready at the time fast this round because I need some smoke Im down to a few grams.

Sounds legit man. I figured it would be a nice little veg tent for a 400 or 600 grow. Or good for a few mothers or a shitload of clones.

I have some 1/2 gallon, 1 gallon, 2 gallon, and 3 gallon grow bags to work with just depends on veg time and plants size on what I use.

Messing around with the sog right now never done one before.

I have grown untrained, topped/fimd, lst, scrog, and combinations of those in the past.

Thanks for stopping in.

I just noticed I forgot to post the update about the 8" duct flange kit mod for my intake. It helped out soo much it is crazy I wouldnt run this tent any other way now it is well worth the $16.50 for the 8" flange kit I got from HTGsupply on ebay.

My temps are now 3-4 degrees above ambient at the canopy level before they were about 8-9 degrees above ambient room temp at canopy level. HUGE difference. I also dont need any fans inside the tent blowing on the plants the air sucked through the tent give more than enough air flow you can see the plants blowing around as the air flows through the tent. This saved me precious space inside the tent not needing fans. I just run a 120mm pc fan on the bulb.

Install is simple find out where you want to mount it. Take the mounting ring and trace your cutout onto the tent and mark the bolt holes with a marker. Cut out the circle and punch holes for the bolts and put it together. Super simple and cheap mod.

The piece I cut out

And the finished install of the kit clean and simple.

If you have this tent, I highly recommend you do this mod!

Wow mang, just when you thought this setup couldn't get any better...you added a clone/mother tent on top! Can't get over how snugly it fits right under your clothes hanger bar maximising ALL available height. Love it :dance013:

It's great to see that the light from the tent can't quite bend around your new passive intake mod too and it keeps light from shining out of the closet.

Most looking forward to seeing the Chemmy Jones 1 and Blackberry Kush take off and go nuts now!

Thanks man glad you like it. I am pretty happy with it finally having a decent sized veg/mother/clone cab. It fits just about an inch under the bar you hang clothes on in the closet stacked on top of the 150 tent. I am going to cut a 18x30 piece of plywood to put under the veg cab so the floor is flat right now they beer cups are just sitting on the top of the canvas tent below. It will fit with about half inch to spare once I get that wood piece in place.

I also plan to lightproof the intake better soon too but it works decent the way it is for now until I stop being lazy.

Chemmy Jones is a nice strain and the Blackberry Kush is just beautiful I cannot wait myself. I am excited about all strains this run.

Thanks, I am pretty stoked about the veg cab too. Do you have a log or pics of your setup I can check out?

The shorter ones in the middle are two lavenders in front and middle and chemmy jones 1 still unsexed in the back middle spot.

Left side is platinum kush in front then jack creek and the white in back left.

Right side is deadhead og in front then blackberry kush and finally sugar kush in back right spot.

Thanks for the kind words.

I am growing 100% organically in a FF Ocean Forest based medium so it has a bit of nutrients and beneficial organisms in it to begin with but I also feed various veganic nutes and beneficial fungi/bacteria to keep the micro population thriving and a living ecosystem.

This way I feed them all the same thing unless I were to notice any adverse reactions of a particular strain I would back off on the nute concentration watering it down a bit more on that strain but for the most part with organics the plants take up what they want from what is available to them.

It is hard to overfeed organically since you are feeding the soil and promoting a living thriving ecosystem, unless you are using way too much guano and such in your mix.

The grow bags are 1/2 gallon. I think 4.?x4.?x10 inches slight rectangle I keep forgetting to measure the actual size but they are stuffed too so they bulge out in a circular shape like a round pot around 5" across probably and 9-10" tall from ground to top of medium in the bags.

Im liking them so far we will see water retention and yield wise later on in flowering.

Stuffed full they are probably similar in size and volume to a 2L bottle with the top cut off.

Just read through this whole thread. Loving the setup; clean and simple with results to back it up. It definitely has given me some ideas for a little personal smoke. Big ups.

Good point above about organics man. I read from a hydro grower somewhere that he hates soil mediums cos of all the amendments and soil mixes he gets too confused. I think it's just the opposite if soil mixes are explained properly in the first place.

As long as you cover all your bases NPK wise and add lime to control ph there's no guess work with soil! I threw away all my ferts and ph meter when I swapped to organics and I will never go back. Each watering for my plants now is just plain water except for once a week when I add a bit of black strap molasses to encourage microbial activity.

Like you said, with organics, the plants take up what they want from the soil rather than it being shoved down their throats and because of that, it doesn't matter how many different strains you're growing. They will all do their own thing.

Let us know when that Chemmy Jones 1 shows its sex.

how do you rate the bluberrygum for yield ?

I was not impressed by the Blueberry Gum at all so I would not recommend it unless you already have the strain. Lacked a quality smell or flavor. It smelled and tasted very floral not like blueberry or bubblegum at all to me and the high was weak but happy on it. Could have just been my pheno though.

Anyway to answer your question the yield was pretty decent I forget how much it was I posted it earlier in the thread but I vegged I think 28 or 30 days from seed and topped once around 2.5 weeks or so. LSTd the branches to the pot. I guess it was a decent yielder and it was done at 8 weeks so it flowers fast.

The Pineapple Express was far better in yield and quality that run with same amount of veg time. But she went a full 10 weeks in flowering.
