I saw the 50 acres, so is this 50 acres wooded, prairie land, lowlands etc or a field? Was his house on this land or elsewhere? I lived in Maine for 2.5 years and most land is wooded not all but most.
I have been a guerrilla for many years and its not very often someone gets busted in an outdoor grow and if they do usually the warrants come after catching the guerrilla not before.

That’s what I have seen anyways. Example: Last year a father and son team got busted for growing MJ on an old tree farm. LEO caught them tending plants and served warrants afterwards to search their home which resided elsewhere. So the bust came before the warrant no need for a warrant if plants are clearly visible. Just wanted to see how it went down always important to understand how LEO works that’s why they hang out here to understand how we work.

maybe the warrant was issued for the growers property, to enhace thier case with parafanalia grow eguipment and the such? as you can see from my spelling and grammer ....a homer simpson version...

got two 11 mo. 29 days for simple possession/para. here. $750 fine for each plus court costs & $36 a month to PO for a year. add it up, 3 days $400 sounds GOOD TO ME!

Cultivation of less than 100 plants is a misdemeanor in Maine. First time offender almost always = time served (day or 2 waiting to get bailed out), fine, community service. I gotta move to maine.

Sale of less than a pound is a misdemeanor also.

Simple possession decriminalized.

Dealers will grow 100 plants and only sell 1lb at a time, and never be a felon (the only catch being possession over 1lb = felony). insane. beautiful. Add dispersaries into the mix. Prices are going to plummet in Maine, we're going to see the closest thing to legalization in the US yet.

Won't be a California scenario at all...

Damn man. Shit is just soooo tempting. But I think like a day after I moved in and had spent an hour plowing and 30 minutes defrosting my car I'd be swearing at myself for making a dumbass move.

Maine doesn't exist in a vacuum. Unless Maine can supply the rest of the country product will just move out of state if the price gets discounted too much. Same thing in Cali.

BTW, there isn't all that much snow on the coast in ME. Cold as a witches teat no doubt, but the ocean keeps the coast warm. (Warm being relative to non-coastal areas)

Near Bangor. No shit guys. This is it. Modern hand built cabin with all the upgrades. Radiant floors, sunroom, solar panels,large creek, pond, gardens. Ag building has its own 20gpm well, separate rooms for what you need. Large main room is 32 by 72, gravel heated floor, all insulated. Private as hell. Cant see any buildings from road. Ice skate, fish, and grow. I am going to either go up and grow, or sell this place to a grower. One good crop and you will pay this off. Someone with vision needs to pm me.
