Buddy bopped in Maine 60plants 6ft tall

this happened around the 1st of September... he just went to court last week and you wouldnt believe what happen!

first lets say there was a guy in front of him that had assaulted someone badly got like 10days in jail...

then my boy gets up there... they read off the charges.. the judge gives him 3 days in jail and a $400 fine hahaha fuckin awesome man for real.. some states you would be locked up for years for this same offense ...

the fucked up part about it was that an informant that "heard" what he was doing gave him up and they raided on his "word" fucked up shit didnt think they good act on hear say. thats why u never tell know1

so what are people with dispensaries going to do in Maine? will you dispense at one location and grow at a second? from what i've read you cannot get mature plants or flowers from anywhere but your own garden. it will be sweet to watch ya'll and see what you create. we've got a mess out here in california.

yea its going to be fun! cant wait! i believe with a dispensarys license you can allocate as many places as you need for the amount of patients you have... so one could technically have a warehouse if obiding withing state laws.. feds say no more then 100 but theres no way i will conform to that aslong as im obeying state laws i aint scared

Seriously, if that happened around here they would call him the devil for growing that devil weed and give him a life sentence for putting the children in harms way. Then they would go home and drink a bottle of wine to help them forget about this terrible crime to humanity.

Sounds to me like the DA knew they had a prob with the search warrant...and decided to give him a deal he couldn't refuse..to keep his Conviction stats up-- They didn't lose the Case, and he only got 3 days....but now he has a Prior, and I am sure Probation--
He might have been better off taking it to the box, and hoping for an acquittal...but then again, maybe not--
I am always suspicious when they come with a super low offer like that--

I don't understand the premise can some one give me the Homer Simpson version why do you need a search warrant for an outdoor bust unless it’s in his yard?

Can any more info be given on subject?
