Figure i'll go ahead and start me a journal today. It will be a slow one considering all of the things I have going on but i'll surely get it together! Still preparing holes and plots and fixing to cut some clones for mothers. Will be a late start but i'm assuming that will be okay, its better than nothing at all. This year will be running California Hash Plant, Kolossus, Power Kush, Kalishnikova, Rosetta Stoned, LSD and some local bred seeds that have never failed me yet.

Getting my ass in gear and kicking in the NOS this week lol. Will be hauling dirt tonight and start some more plots this week as well.

Will also be popping some of those local seeds this week and sexing them this month. Stay tuned and lets get this season started!

Wish everyone the best of luck this year as well!

This is a really stressful year and i'm just fighting my way to get my ground prep done, I know things are much simpler after all of the hauling and digging. A couple nights ago I carried 3 45lb bags of soil at on one time for about a mile uphill and into thick briar patches. I thought I was going to have a heart attack lol and fell over with joy upon arrival! The good thing is, that is one of my furthest plots by foot and the hauling is done now!:woohoo:

I'm fixing to take 4 cuttings from each of my 8 temporary mother plants, to become mothers themselves lol. They will get flowered out after the snipping. Sometime today I will go to my safe outdoor getaway and begin life of several beans for this year and in a couple weeks i'll transplant them to be sexed out.

Right now I also have 50 Swamp Skunk ( s.s. early bud x early wonder skunk ) on the way as well, which should finish around september 5th-25th here, luckilly I have a great friend and a breeder that has sent me these beans to try out.:dance013: He has them very stabilized and i'm thinking they are along the same line as the guerilla gold as semi auto flower traits go. I'm very excited to try these out and they are suppose to be extremely mold resistant!

When I find a charger for my camera i'll definitely put up some pics for you guys!

I shall return later with more info and updates! Keep it green guys!:tiphat:

Yes I believe it will be a good year as well. Won't be long my man we'll be seeing those birds in the sky flying around looking to destroy peoples hard work and lives! Can't wait till the herb is legal man, no more helicopters, no more police.

Well, i'm fixing to go to my compromised plot I had last year and it got eradicated by LEO's. Im actually going to go to a couple very close to that one that I never actually went back to check after discovering they had got the plants. I was always afraid to go back to that place last summer due to surveillance (which is very possible) due to the plant numbers. But if I go back to the few spots I never checked and see skeletonized bushes and stems then in a way i'll be excited and in a way i'll be sick wishing i'd rambo'd myself in there and got them.

Wish me luck guys! Will let you know what happens!

Just went and checked on the spots from last year. Unfortunately they got those too. So this place is completely compromised. I noticed they cleared out briars and brush everywhere to get to them as well, they really put there ass into getting them last year.

However when I arrived at the spot with that had the most plants, I stopped to get my breath for a minute, I heard a clicking noise resembling the sound of a heartbeat sounded like it was coming from up in the tree. For some reason, it really spooked me. It done this clicking about 20 times and then I stopped to listen again and never heard it again.

There was about 100 or so plants in these two patches that they got last year. It was sometime around mid June. Is it possible that they had trail cameras set up or surveillance still to this day? Or was I hearing shit? It was rhythmic noises reminded me of an electric fence box but much quieter and instead of popping it was more clicking of a clicking noise. I mean the plants have been gone from there for 11 months lol. What do you think? They are very hardcore about growing marijuana here in this state. But as I said, after hearing it that first time I kind of walked circles to see if I heard it again but didn't. And there are no plants there at this time, unless someone else has put some around the same area which I highly doubt it. But a couple of years ago I did discover that someone had placed some plants about 200 feet away from mine but they put them out as small clones in mid July.

I'm seriously debating on whether or not to go back tomorrow night and try and listen for the sound again and see if there was a cam. Tear it down and bust it or throw it into the river lol. Is it worth going back over?

i highly doubt they would be staking out a spot that long man. i do alot of plots with no more then 1-3 plants total. i spread them out in the plot as well so they are not side by side at least 15-20 foot in between each hole. i dont think u need to go back to that spot period. its useless to even go back bc u cant plant there. u need to focus ur time and energy into a new plot and get to work on it and not worry about a trail cam. just plant far away from that compromised area with 1-3 plants and u should be good to go..gl brother

Back again after finishing my scouting up for the year, as i'm sure to stumble across a few more spots lol, I always do. Nothing like everyday when you get up and drive to work or to the store and your scoping out grow areas along the road sides like a starving chicken hawk! lol.

Anyway, I have found a dream location that I really never knew existed in these parts. Out hiking an abandoned farm along the field lines and overgrown brush lines on the side of the mountain I noticed a lot of sun beaming through into the woods, I thought that maybe it was another field. I walked down into it and the whole side of the mountain a little over a half mile long has been logged within the last year or two. Tree tops that werent cleaned up are everywhere, I literally do not have to worry about leaving trails due to being able to walk along the tree tops and brush piles scattered here and there. Many 3 foot to 7 foot saplings growing everywhere and lots of weeds! This place was a blessing to find and tomorrow first thing i'm venturing back to begin digging some holes. I plan on digging about 10 to 15 holes tomorrow and the good thing is, this area that was logged is some old aged forest. The ground is very rich and not much amending needs be done.

I'll take my camera with me tomorrow and get some shots of this place and show you guys just what im talking about. The choppers do fly this general area pretty heavy but i'm going to spread them well and camouflage the shit out of them lol. No patches here whatsoever! I just really hope things work out this year and i'm not left with another 3% return or so. Will update tomorrow!

The 'Friesland' grows strong with dark green, elegant indica leaves and with classic buds laden with a diamond glisten. The 'Friesland' was then crossed to our classic strain the 'Big Buddha Cheese' resulting to the FreezeCheese 89, a real frostmaster, easy to grow strong and a good mould resistant plant.

Wow Ky those are some good looking strains i'm definitely putting a few of those on my list for next year. Hopefully have some mothers by February to put out some big monsters next spring! I'm ready to fight mold as well this year, i'll be using neem oil and i'll be ordering some green cure before too long and probably a few more things.

Now to the grow update. I couldn't make it during daylight hours yesterday so I spent a couple of hours digging in the night. I've always done a lot of my digging in the dark, but i'm not as well familiar with this place so I only dug 4 large holes. Its kind hard to tell in the night what will be shaded and what will not. But I have learned to look for the undergrowth and you can get a general idea of what will get a lot of sun and what won't. You will notice plants that love the sun and native weeds will be thick and lush and in the shadier areas you will notice more leaves, bare ground with no green vegetation and sometimes things like ferns and may apple will be present.

I couldn't make it there today either so i'm more than likely heading back out there tonight and taking my time doing the best I can do and determine in the dark. This weekend i'll definitely have the chance to spend a couple all day adventures and full day of work. I will get some pictures then and update. I didn't want a bunch of dark pics on here lol that's no fun.

hell ya bro im defo getting a few of these might just get all idk lol but as u know cheese aka skunk sales is in high demand here which is why i was looking for a cheese. nirvana does a swiss cheese as well that is has very good mold resistance to. i just found some info on it and it was grown in the UK with great results in a shitty fall with minimal rot on it.
I think with the neem and greencure will be plenty enuff for bud rot control. silverback loved this stuff and that was where i heard about using it at. i didnt find that thread till around middle of sept last year so i bought some even thought i was already infected with rot. i can tell u one thing it stopped the mold in its tracks and it didnt spread no more and allowed me to flower out 3 strains that would have been a total loss thats for sure. i still got a nice tub of it left and i will for sure be using it again this year if mold does manage to get thur a few of my first line defense's. Here is all the mold products i have this year lol i went nuts bc of all the shit that i got mold on last year so i wanted to have everthing on hand. greencure,actinovate,Sns244c, insect frass aka chitosan, regalia, and protekt.
Im looking forward to the pics! i also judge a new spot by looking at the underbrush. if it gets alot of sun like u said there will be alot of lush green growth. i have found that a pole trimmer along with some 1 inche hand cutters is the best tools i have ever bought. im can now get the limbs that block my sun track and not have to chop the whole tree down which makes it to noticeable. i usally chop trees down in the fall after harvest and when all the leaves have changed color and begin dropping off. if i do have to trim some back like right now i dont cut the whole tree down just enuff to get the sun in and then i drab whatever limbs that falls away from the plot and stick it under some overgrown underbrush

Just went and checked on the spots from last year. Unfortunately they got those too. So this place is completely compromised.

A tool in the guerilla growers toolbox is Audaciousness.
You use that tool to put in a grow in the most unlikely places; for example in the season just gone I had one urban guerilla grow that was so close to civilisation that when I first set up the grow I saw the head and shoulders of a cyclist go past 20 yards away.
Leo even staked out the area; they new I was growing in there but they never found the spots (3 spots); I think they were trying to catch me leaving with a harvest.
But I pulled 13 plants out of that spot, and in that whole urban area I pulled out about 43 plants.
Audaciousness.

So I say to you, be audacious, grow again in the spots that leo ripped, they wont be expecting it, and you will probably pull it off.
